The company is run by a health educator and entrepreneur, Lloyd Henry. We are available to consult with your organization on event-related activities.

Services
OnPoint Fitness offers coaching services to meet your individual needs. Training programs are available for a triathlon (from sprint to Ironman), swimming, and running (5k to marathon). All coached athletes will receive a 10% discount on OnPoint Fitness private swim lessons and clinics. Total Immersion can provide you with all the tools you need to become the best swimmer you can be.
Learn the Total Immersion stroke mechanics that have transformed thousands with our Effortless Endurance class. With hands-on help in the water and multiple video recordings/review, you'll be swimming better, easier and faster within minutes. Smart Speed refines the mechanics learned on Day 1, Effortless Endurance Freestyle Workshop with clear practice strategies to consolidate the various stroke components into effective whole stroke swimming.

Lloyd Henry is an outstanding swim coach. I have been taking occasional Total Immersion private lessons from him for the past couple of years. Coach Henry is one of those who observes a student carefully and listens to them, and is then able to pinpoint the problem keeping you from making progress and give you an exercise precisely focused on solving that problem. The result is invariably instant improvement. Coach Henry is also highly professional, patient and encouraging. I would recommend him to anyone.

I chose to use OnPoint Fitness to learn to swim. I had taken swimming lessons in the past, but things just didn't work out. I decided at a certain point in my life that it was time to learn to swim. It's a skill that enhances life. Also, I wanted to be able to use the city pools for recreational activities as well as the beautiful hotel pools that are available when I vacation.

This group led by Lloyd Henry is like none other. I first attended a Chi Running workshop in 2013 after a stress fracture. I promised myself I would only run again if it were pain free. Within a year I had 6 half marathons under my belt, completely pain & injury free! In 2015 I made the decision to go for a triathlon, with one major reservation - the swim. Shortly thereafter, I saw Lloyd with a cowbell cheering for his athletes coming out of the water at Nations Tri. This was my cue to sign up for TI swim lessons with OnPoint. I adore OnPoint Fitness! The ownder, Lloyd, is knowledgeable, smart, kind, and flexible! I've worked with him in many venues: individual training, group training, and team training. Because of Lloyd I went from a casual runner to a triathlete having done over 40 multi-sport events, including an Ironman (something I never imagined before I met Lloyd)! You won't find him like one of the stereotypical Type A coaches that has you doing so many workouts that your family forgets who you are--Lloyd knows how to create training programs that allow you to have a LIFE. I've worked with Lloyd for the past 3 years. I started as a newbie triathlete and worked up to an Ironman. I've participated in his tri training program as well as his chi running workshop and swim stroke development class. I specifically took the chi running program as I prepared for my first marathon, in order to correct bad form that was causing shin splints. I haven't had any issues since!

Lloyd is an amazing triathlon coach who helped me develop from someone who struggled to finish a 5K run into a triathlete. He's patient, and provides outstanding instruction.
The team is fun also, and provides great support to teammates during races. He is a fantastic swim and run form coach also. He's great at helping you become a more efficient athlete. I can't say enough good things about my experience with him.
I also was coached by Keanne Henry, who is a fellow OnPoint instructor, and she is a fantastic coach with a slightly different coaching style from Lloyd. Love them
