Working with Claudio has been a blessing. He walks you through it all. No question remains unanswered. No issue remains unresolved. He worked with us the whole way. Even on our moving day, he made sure to come in and make note of all that needed attention in our apartment. I've never heard of someone doing that. He makes you feel like family. We could tell that he is passionate of his profession and that his clients are a priority. Even after our move, Claudio still has made himself available.

I was in a bind and needed help last minute (it was mid-week and I was coming to Chicago over the weekend) and reached out to Varo Real Estate. Raluca responded almost immediately and between Wednesday and Friday, she had found me almost 30 properties to consider, set up appointments with my top places, and arranged for us to meet and visit the properties on Saturday. It was so helpful and we found our current (new) apartment because of her and Claudio's help. I would absolutely work with them again.

I’ve had the most wonderful experience with Claudio. As someone looking to rent, he was exceptionally helpful in sending me options in my preferred areas and price range with no pressure. What ease! Claudio was quick to respond to my initial inquiry and after getting the required parameters for my housing search, sent me over a number of possibilities every few days as they became available. A week before my trip to check out spots, I narrowed down locations and he setup viewings. For 4 hours, him and his wife, also a realtor, drove us around Chicago checking out apartments. At the end of our trail, they even went out of their way to bring me back to an earlier apartment I really liked just to get a second a second peek. Early in the pandemic, my apartment had a gas leak and I had to break my lease early. Claudio was immediately responsive to my inquiry for assistance in finding a new place quickly. He frequently sent me new listings based on my criteria, was on time and professional during visits, and I never felt he was trying to force a sale and would give his honest opinion. We ended up finding a really great place. I would recommend Claudio to anyone looking for a new place to live in Chicago.

Ive been a landlord for 18yrs. I came across last year that i had 4 units vacant at the same time. I met Claudio and he handled every little thing on getting all four units rentals. This was my first experience looking at apartments. It was 100% perfect! Claudio was so helpful and honest. Always there to help you from start to finish. We had some problems with the landlord, and Claudio made sure it was fixed. There is no way I would want to use anyone else! In every step of the apartment finding process, Raluca was there and went above and beyond in our search. The entirety of the service, from the first email to handing the keys, was filled with nothing but quick responses, helpful suggestions, and friendly service. Despite not being from the area, Raluca navigated us through the process and helped us find a place within budget.

Claudio is the best! Period!
I have his help on finding a rental in the summer, which is like the hottest time for Chicago area, to make it more difficult, I'm frequent traveler who's not in the area most of the time. However, Claudio has his magic!!! He went through all the listings, made appointments with them back to back, and within 4 hours of efforts, I found my perfect dream place!!

Claudio could not have been any better during our apartment search. From beginning to very end he was extremely attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. He listened to exactly what we wanted and delivered many great apartment options. Through conversations it is easy to tell how insightful he is in real estate and how much he cares for both the business and his customers. Claudio is as good as it gets when it comes to dealing with residential real estate transactions in Chicago. My situation was not a typical one; I am actually a former Chicago resident and had to sell two income properties in the city while I was out of town, and Claudio was able to handle both transactions with ease. The properties were tenant occupied and I needed to close both within 30 days with cash buyer(s) only.

This review is long overdue. I was in search of apartments around the August-September timeframe. If you know anything about Chicago this is the busiest time of the year and toughest to find an apartment. I reached out to several apartment agents to assist me with my search. I had no luck, no one called me back or wasn't quick to respond to my messages. I decided to search for assistance and with the help of Yelp that's when I saw all of the great reviews for Varo Real Estate. I decided to take my chances and reach out to the agency.

I'm moving to Chicago for school and needed a decently priced apartment that's not too far from my school and the basic necessities. After being overwhelmed with the real estate options, I turned to a friend whom had moved to Chicago from my hometown. She gave me some helpful tips about areas of interest and what to avoid. But the best suggestion she gave me was to go through her realtor, Claudio Varo. She indicated that he was by far the best and, best of all, Free. I waited long enough to remove any stored emotions/thoughts from the whole process but even over two weeks after the whole process, I am still in awe of the service we received from Claudio.
I accidentally ran into Claudio through Lyft and found out Claudio is a full-time real estate broker. I had asked him to help me and my boyfriend find an apartment and he was on top of it! Claudio is by far the best real estate broker I have ever worked with. As someone who is new to Chicago and did not really know what to expect, he was extremely helpful in helping me find an apartment. My girlfriend and I were relocating to Chicago and had set up a few days in town to find a home. Claudio responded immediately to our inquiries, and after we told him what we were looking for, sent us new listings daily. No questions asked... The best realtor in Chicago! Throughout the apartment hunting process Claudio was genuinely concerned with my needs. He was honest when I was looking for something unrealistic and made sure I had all the information necessary to make decisions. I never felt pressured throughout the difficult process of finding an apartment in downtown Chicago. I had lots of requests and questions and Claudio made the process as easy as possible. Claudio was great in helping myself and 4 roommates find a home to call our own. He was very patient in looking at houses with us, coming from Chicago to the suburbs. He was very responsive to any and all e-mails and phone calls that I sent to him, always responding the same day.
