This is a long over due review. I lived there for a few years before relocating to another state. The staff has been good to my mom and I. The maintenance men and Ana were awesome! I felt relatively safe and It felt like a sense of community here. If your looking for an apartment to rent in Bakersfield, look no futher.

I just called and the lady that answered the phone didn't sound too interested in helping me. She just have me a quick answer and told me to go on their website. She didn't even ask questions about what I was looking for. Poor customer service.

I like how convenient the laundry faculties are, as well as the maintenance team's promptness. I'm enjoying my time here so far and would recommend others to check out this apartment complex.

Park Sorrento is a very beautiful apartment complex and very well maintained. I moved in 2 years ago and I love the staff, they listen to you and fix any problems you have. They are Pet friendly and have great activities. I don't know of any other apartment complex that does this. Sadly, it is my last day today but I enjoyed my stay at Park Sorrento. I would definitely recommend this apartment complex to my friends and family.

To start off, my over all experience was beyond five stars. The staff was amazing, specifically Chassity Jimenez. Chassity provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to meet my professional needs. They care about you not only as a customer, but as a person. Clean and friendly environment. Highly recommend.

I live here now ana the apartment manager and carlos the maintanance manager of sorrento apartments have made my move and stay super smooth and these apartments are awesome im very satisfied living here.
