Ordered for a couple of years and food was fine untill last week. Made a $45 order and food was horrible not even edible. Pepper steak with only onions and no steak, the meat was pink and rubbery like old pork besides the container only half full. Tofu dried out and could not be chewed. Moo goo guy pan was actually stale tasting and gummy like it was made days earlier. I called and was told I would be taken care of next order. Called a few days ago to re order was told to call another day. Called today was told my new order would receive a 10% discount. I complained and she got off the phone and

I used to work 5 or so minutes from here, and because of that, I would order lunch from here pretty much every week... sometimes several times a week.
In my opinion they make the best chicken and broccoli anywhere.
The chicken is thin and soft, the broccoli nice and crunchy, and the brown sauce is perfectly flavored and not watery so it sticks to everything nicely.
In fact, since I changed jobs, I have not been able to order this for lunch anymore and I really miss this dish.
As the old saying goes... Don't judge a book by its cover...New China House may not be fancy...it's a takeout place
