Legend West Rehab is a modern, state-of-the-art care center, conveniently located at 222 Bertetti Drive, near highways 410 and 90. Our friendly neighborhood setting serves the west side area of San Antonio. We are only a short driving distance to downtown San Antonio and the Medical Center. We feature 124 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in both private and semi-private settings.

Be careful people they will find anything to keep a patient put here. My mother in law was placed here and they will not let anyone call or see her. Said she is in danger from all family members. My wife was her caregiver for over 10 years before she decided to go live with her oldest son. Last we talked to her she was crying that she wanted to leave home but they wouldn't let her leave. I told my brother in law he needs to hire a good lawyer and take them to court.. By the way Her name is Linda Reyna. Please help to free her from this prison. Family is trying to take her out. They are treating

Worked there for only a month, staff and management are very two faced. Language barrier was the most present among staff. To elaborate the staff are capable English speakers, but choose to speak in Spanish in order too keep you out of the loop. I would not recommend working here, I put it on the same level as working in a fast food restaurant. Revolving door company that thrives in confusion, not cohesion. If I could give these people no stars, it would still be generous. DON told me they found someone to work on my days off as if I were on the schedule. Communication is poor, sign on bonus is

Shame on this place!! My mother received care lower than humanly possible. Post OP spinal surgery (48 hours). They had her in their care 24+ hours with NO PAIN MEDS. she had no use her hands no one bothered to feed her. She's diabetic no one seemed to be aware of this so no blood checks no insulin. (Despite full medical record given at transfer from hospital) If this is a place you are considering for your family member please don't keep looking you'll save yourself a lot headache.

Really SAD! FALLS IN CATEGORY OF NEGLECT! Facility PRETENDS TO CARE, but only wants easy patients that pay well. Treats vets that need help poorly, ignores medical necessities and evicts or transfers under false pretenses for gain.....
Looks are deceiving, so beware! Beautiful place, but extremely poor at addressing helping amputees.....
Looks to me that when your medicare runs out and your medicaid takes over, your OUT!!!!! Plain out of luck! Neglectful, lazy, and opportunistic...if you can take care of yourself and don't need ANY HELP....this is the place for you. But watch your back!

The environment here was absolutely toxic. The most horrible work experience I have encountered working as a CNA. There was a ton of work place bullying especially from a mom and daughter CNA tag-team. These two ladies always wanted to fight and I am surprised they were still given preference over the other workers. Everyone in upper management was afraid of them. They skimped around alot on patient care and supplies were always limited. I saw one CNA use a diaper she just took of a patient to wipe her since they were out of wet wipes. I was in shock! Lots and lots of gossiping instead of focusing

I love the way nursing staff takes care of my mom but everyone at the office from administrators are very unreliable. We leave voicemails for Beth and she never ever calls us back. We’ve been honest with this nursing home and we have cooperated with them in everything but they do not do their part. The only reliable person would be Vanessa. But other than her 👎. No one communicates in that office.

I worked here & I really loved it. The Residents are AWESOME. This facility is the first C.N.A job that I ever been dedicated to. I was there for almost 3 years. The Residents are Awesome & I love them like family but in the End this Company CHEATED me out of my hard earned money. I was making $11.65 til this year 2018. I saw my paystubs at $11.00. Now that is FRAUD! On top of the negative feedback I received from the higher ups for calling in because ALL 4 of my grandparents passed away this year & I just wanted time off. I fought to get the days, not even paid time off and I still got dirty looks

The environment is so fun and from the time you walk in the door you feel right at home. They do a lot of really fun events with both the residents and the community. The care they provide is top notch and really sets the standard for other places like it. I would recommend this facility to my close friends and family.
