Daniels team was very helpful throughout the difficult process of selling a house during a global pandemic. We constantly ran into uncertainty in our plans and the Daniels Team adjusted and re-adjusted to changing circumstances and gave us lots and lots of great advice on what our options were. We found them to be super helpful and Alan always brought data to the table to support what he was saying. Closing was a super easy process - great lending team. Would definitely use them again.

Alan and his team were great! Were able to recommend the right people to get touch up jobs done in a timely manner to sell the home. Home went on the market on Friday and we were under contract by Monday for $22K over the asking price! Couldn't ask for a better experience, wouldn't do business without this team! Excellent experience and would highly recommend to anyone selling a home. I was out of state the entire time also and they took care of everything!

Excellent team to work with from start to finish. They were very thorough with assisting me with preparing my house for sale all the way through to the end. They referred me to several contractors who replaced the carpet and repainted the house on very short notice and at very competitive rates. The process was daunting for a first-time seller, especially being that I was located out of state for the entire process.
