During its existence it has endured a move from the other side of the tracks, as well as an expansion into our Broome street location in 1991. In August of 2002 Dr. Tanya Burtis an employee with the hospital for over eight years bought the practice from Dr. Tapley and he continues to be a valuable member of our staff.
Then again, another move in 2003, just across the street into our current location. Even with all of the past growth, the demands on our business and services have far exceeded our expectations. The majority of our patients are dogs and cats, although we also see a variety of other critters, including ferrets, guinea pigs, rabbits, goats, pigs, chickens, squirrels, hedgehogs, and other little pocket pets.

Services
As our client base has grown, so has our staff. Our business now supports four full-time veterinarians. Our support staff is composed of ten receptionists, ten technicians, eight kennel workers, an inventory manager, collections coordinator, and a hospital manager. Majority of our thirty-five staff member team is full-time.
