Services
Bringing your pet to the vet for regular wellness care is the best way to ensure their long-term health and well-being. Just like we need to see our doctors once in a while for routine checkups, our pets need to be seen by a veterinarian on a regular basis. This provides an opportunity for minor problems to be detected - and treated - before becoming more serious.
According to PetFinder, over 10 million pets go missing every year, and one in three pets will go missing at some point in their life. Even the best fences and training can't keep dogs and cats indoors or in your backyard at all times, and it only takes mere seconds for disaster to strike and your pet to escape.
Even if you're getting a well-known brand of pet food, you may not be meeting your companion's specific nutritional needs. Ensuring that your pet gets proper nutrition is crucial, but it isn't always as straightforward as you might think. With so many different brands, formulas, and flavors to choose from, many pet owners become overwhelmed when shopping for their animal's meals.
Pressly Animal Hospital is dedicated to the health and safety of pets and our community. To that end, we offer regular Rabies Vaccine Clinics on the last Wednesday of every month from 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM (except when that date is a holiday). Rabies vaccines are required by law in North Carolina for all cats and dogs.
We also understand that, as animals age, their needs begin to change. Just like humans, they become more susceptible to a wide range of diseases and disorders. They can develop painful conditions like arthritis, and they may begin to struggle to get around like they did when they were younger.

I had an unexpected emergency situation with my dog. From the moment they answered the phone to the time I picked up my dog was nothing but great. This was my first emergency with any of our animals and to say I was a nervous wreck is putting it mild. They worked me in and Dr Pressly kept in contact with me through out it all letting me know what was going on with my dog. Not once did I have to wonder..... These guys seem passionate about what they do and it is not just a "job" to them. They have even called to check on him after he came home. I would recommend Pressly Animal 100% and are thankful

I had a need for my dog and cat and called Presley Animal Hospital. The receptionist that answered the phone didn’t have the answer to my question but she was very nice and didn’t put me off, but responded to my need. My request for help for my two fur babies was met, and exceeded my expectations! Now my fur babies are happy and their little bellies are full! Thank you Presley Animal Hospital for your kindness and generosity!

Couldn’t be happier with Pressly Animal Hospital. They were able to get me in on short notice after our dog got injured, they were very efficient when we got there and they did an amazing job taking care of our pet through the entire process. The entire staff is great! Highly recommend!!

There is not a better team of amazing vets anywhere in the area. We trust and love Dr Pressly and Dr Drake. They have taken care of our pets since we moved to NC 5 years ago.
Have you ever seen a dog EXCITED to go to the vet? Our two love to go there!

I would like to say Thank you to Dr. Pressley and Dr. Drake plus their amazing hospital staff for All that they do! If you're looking for compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable doctors and staff for your fur baby this is the place to bring them. No matter what's going on with your fur babies you will always be informed from the beginning to the end about what needs to be done. I 100% recommend them.

This vet is a JOKE. Sent my customer to a vet because her puppy was showing signs of tenderness from having weak pasterns during teething, the vet called me and proceeded to tell me it was genetic and LAUGHED AT ME repeatedly when I told him I had been doing this for years and NEVER heard that from a vet. I had the customer leave and take her puppy to an orthopedic SPECIALIST who said the puppy will make a full recovery with a change of diet and this is generally NOT GENETIC. What vet speaks so rudely to a customer without even knowing what he is talking about? STRONGLY suggest not bringing your

I was beyond happy with the service I received at Pressly. My dog had a mass on his head and after spending an arm and a leg at various veterinary places and no help, I called on Pressly to see if they could help.. I was seen that day and he had surgery within an hour and I paid 1/4 of what the other places wanted to charge.
They were professional, helpful and kept me up to date on everything. My dog was home that night and is doing great.
I can't thank them enough for everything and we have a new Vet. Thank you again Pressly.

I am so thankful to have found Dr. Pressly and his team. I volunteer for Bald is Beautiful Rescue and the staff at the hospital has been great to work with. They have been so kind to each of the fosters I've brought in and their prices have been very reasonable. I love that they do so much for the rescue community. Thank you for what you do!
