I was I hallway 4 in 403 and the morning staff were very good especially Yolanda, she went above and beyond her call of duty she was very nice, professional, never impatient,always willing to help you,make sure you were comfortable,you had your food, meds, she was great, also,2nd shift Juan was another person who did a outstanding job, and also the medical staff were great, the only one thing that needs improvement is the food OMG really other then that it would be a top notch place

Be careful people they just want the money. They will do anything to keep the patient there. My mother in law was just sent there and they will not let anyone see her. Said family makes her in danger. Just because one family member that has not been in town or seen her for over 10 years said so. They got after her son just because his face mask was sliding down. They threatened him to get out of the building. Now they will not let anyone see or talk to her. They will do this until they get the state to take custody and give them money for her staying there. This is how they get you to stay. By

All the staff truly care for the residents beyond their job and the building had a supportive familial atmosphere. The staff new their residents by their names and truly cared for them. The facility itself was organized and clean. In addition there were many entertaining activities from movies nights to free manicures to card games - something for each resident to enjoy. There were also crosswords puzzles and a newsletter sent to the residents that preferred to keep to themselves. The staff checked in on the residents multiple times through out the day to ensure that they were ok beyond their medical

Please do not let none of your relative mother or father or any other relative be in this facility they treated my mom so bad And made her cry Because they told me I have to leave the permits Because I did not have my mask up level to my nose

My father was here for rehab and now I was just informed he has Covid. I called to see how he was doing and all I get is attitude from the Front desk. I spoke to the ADON to get answers and she was very Uncompassionate and unprofessional of the way she spoke to me. My father was just diagnosed with a killer virus and she told me “why don’t I just take him home”. I would never use this facility again.

DO NOT place your loved one at this facility. My mom suffered a severe stroke and was cared for at Metropolitan downtown hospital. She was alert and could somewhat understand and communicate and she was able to feed herself. She was transported to Legend Oak South late Saturday and we were not allowed to visit her until Tuesday. She appeared to be unable to be alert, open her eyes and give any response. Her visit on Wednesday was much the same and she appeared lothorgic. After leaving within an hour we received a call from the facility, she was being transferred to ER due to being unresponsive

I give Them a 5 ⭐️ because i know They truly care and work hard to make my grandmother happy and she is a very difficult woman to please!!
My grandmother always made tacos for everyone every time we went over that was her favorite meal and this place makes her tacos just how she liked them. It took them a few tries to get it right but the fact is they never stopped trying to make her and us happy

I love this place!!! I was reading some of these reviews and they are not even close to how this place is ran and I don’t think it’s fair for people to put things that aren’t even true!! My uncle had a short stay there after his stroke and the doctors said he would never walk or be able to eat with out his tube, and guess what he walked out of there and no longer has a tube!! They were very responsive when things were not right and allowed us to have daily conversations about how progress was going and any concerns we had about his care was addressed and didn’t stop until we were happy
