I'm Arthur of Arthur Bryan Marroquin Photography or of "ABM Photography". My venture into the photography world first began with me in front of the camera as a model and actor at Missy's Modeling Studio in the Rio Grande Valley, located in deep south of Texas. While being in front of the camera, I also found a love for being behind the camera.
I enjoyed creating my own art. I saved up and got my first professional camera in 2006, since then I've been learning every step of the way from great mentors such as Kathy Whittaker and the world renowned Mike Ruiz. A photographer is never done learning! Being a working actor myself, I'd like to say gives me an extra edge as I know both sides of the business.

Arthur absolutely knows how to bring out the best in you through the photo session and coaches you to pose an look the best!
I do not enjoy looking at myself in photos after kids and life happened. But I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my photos from ABM!!!
I needed professional photos for a nomination in the Latin Grammys so the photos needed to be impeccable and with ABM I definitely made the right decision!
He does not hesitate to give more and take his time to make the most of the time. Will definitely book again and 100% recommend to ANYBODY! artists or not.

I had an incredible headshot session. Arthur immediately makes you feel so comfortable which makes all the difference in how a photo shoot goes. Positive energy, friendly, great studio space. Oh my! Where do I begin. Arthur is literally an artistic genius when it comes to photography! The way he moves and works the camera is pure magical.
I've personally have had 2 sessions with ABM, a fitness style shoot in LA, as well as headshots in Austin (I've attached one from each shoot) both sessions were amazing.
I'm a newbie in the entertainment industry, and Arthur had the patience and time to work with me, and give me several helpful tips along the way, you can tell ABM is top notch, very professional, and best of all passionate about the art he creates behind the lens.

You'll never find another headshot photographer who will give you as many looks and as much time for the most affordable price as Arthur. His youthful energy made for a great time. He is great about letting you see a few of your shots during the process. It was so difficult choosing which headshots I wanted because the ones he took were all brilliant.

I am extremely happy with the work Arthur did for me! He gave me a great range of looks and his input was on point. His use of natural light and flash mesh perfectly. He's a pleasure to be around and provides a relaxed atmosphere. Post-shoot process was easy and the photos were sent to me within just a few days.

Arthur is amazing!!! The photos turned out even better than expected--plus he is a genuinely fun and enjoyable person to work with. It was hard to narrow down which photos I wanted edited because (1) they were all so beautiful and (2) they all already looked perfect! I recently had my second headshot session with Arthur and of course he was amazing! He sat with me and looked over my wardrobe options and even provided a few top options that would work better for my look. I love how comfortable he makes me feel! I was lucky enough to catch Arthur on one of his brief visits to Houston and I am so glad I did! Frankly put, I often come away from the headshot process looking through photos and feeling as though I have to pick the least of a bad selection. Admittedly I can be very critical of my own photos. But somehow, I came away from the session with Arthur with so many great choices that I ordered extra! We had such a short time together (because I elected for a very brief half hour session) but he was so well prepared that I felt we got more done in that short time than previous 2 hour sessions with

Arthur is such a carefree and lighthearted spirit that it makes taking pictures with him so enjoyable. I always dreaded head shot sessions, but Arthur creates a fun and positive atmosphere. ABM Photography is our "go to" for actor headshots. As an actor himself, Arthur knows exactly what casting directors are looking for. He's one of the nicest guys you could ever hope to meet and his fun demeanor puts his subjects at ease, making for natural, non-contrived images. Would highly recommend without hesitation.

Arthur took head shots for our business this fall. He was very professional and took his time to get the best shot possible. He was fun to work with and very personable. I received so many compliments on my headshot - he is really able to capture the "best you" on camera. He also was able to edit and send us the final shots very fast. I recommend him for any photography work that you need.
