I just don't have the right words, but this is single highhandedly the best lawyer office experience I have had. I had to appeal my first SSDI and Diana's office was awesome. "Social security disability insurance benefits for adults disabled since childhood" that is what I'm trying to apply under. The receptionist wouldn't listen to me and instead of taking 10 seconds to do a google search to see what I was talking about I got a 30 second spiel about how wrong I was. The lawyers may be great, but the support staff needs to work on actually listening to people instead of assuming.

Diane Bross is really wonderful! She was personable, knowledgeable, and listened. She was always encouraging, even after we were denied the first time I applied for disability. Diane strongly encouraged me to file again, because she felt the judge had made a bad decision. The second time we filed, I was approved in a few months, and did not have to go before a judge.
