Choose Health outdoor fitness classes are designed for a full body workout in under 1 hour. Your safety is my priority. In a small group setting I can keep a keen eye on proper form, and injury prevention. All classes are designed using latest fitness science and I always use top rated, fitness equipment.
Nutrition is confusing at best. I work to strategically develop plans and approaches for people, rather than prescribing to a diet model that might work for some people. My focus is on fresh, whole foods that are aligned with your needs, preferences, ethnic and cultural backgrounds with attention being paid to changes in seasons, situations, aging process and health challenges.

All the five star ratings for Dena are no exaggeration! The workouts she puts together for me are very thoughtful to what my particular issues are. I workout with my partner and Dena makes sure we both have the workouts that benefit each of us and addresses any issues we may each have. I have lower back pain and she makes a special effort to find exercises that will help me strengthen this week spot in my body. Actually, I don't think it's a "special" effort.
