A workout with Namaste is far from any normal workout! It's a workout full of tailored exercises, useful tips and most importantly laughs and positive energy! It's really hard for me to exercise on my own and I was scared of joining boot camp classes who take the "no pain no gain" too seriously. I was lucky to have found Namaste and I look forward to training with her because I know I'm going to have a great workout and still leave with a smile on my face. Everyone knows they should work out. What I struggle with is how to stay motivated to do so. I've done at home videos, group classes, gym sessions, subscribed to health magazines, downloaded apps, tried the newest fad workout (time and time again)... and have had the hardest time sticking to anything for more than a month or two. Enter Namaste and Integrative Fitness. I look forward to workouts for the first time! She understands the weaknesses I have and tailors work outs to strengthen those weak spots. I leave every session feeling accomplished and informed. She has a vast understanding

Integrative Fitness is a great place to work out. Namaste is a wonderful personal trainer, but she's so much more than that! She's a Certified Athletic Trainer, which means she has more in-depth knowledge and really is the place you go for training after an injury or if you are just looking for a starting place. I was in a really bad car accident and they didn't think I would ever walk again! Working at Integrative Fitness I went from a wheel chair to a walker to a cane in 8 months. Missing my workout with Namaste is like missing my morning cup of coffee. I gotta have it!
