In the spirit of full disclosure, -- they may be wonderful clinically -- my dogs are my babies -- I have likely been spoiled by an amazing vet in Bolivar
I typically don't leave a lot of reviews, but would have appreciated this knowledge before making an appointment here ----
I have 2 frenchies and one of them has a fairly complex medical history,… mainly due to allergies, dermatitis, chronic staph infections. I now live an hour away from my current vet (who I love), so need to establish with someone closer. I made an appointment, and when I got to the clinic, the technician came out to

We love our Veterinary and staff at Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital East. We have been with them for 12 years. They've really got us through some hard stuff. We got Fergie back today and a surprise of her paw… imprint. They mailed us a heart felt beautiful card last week. The support and caring they have shown us has been incredible. 💜🐾 She was love. She even had a heart shaped paw pad. They have got us in for every emergency quickly for all our pets and helped us make the best decision for us without judgement or pressure. Thank you so much.

REPOST BECAUSE THEY DELETED MY LAST REVIEW. (I wonder why) spring valley is one of the absolute worst vet offices in Springfield. DO NOT take any of your animals there. we brought our puppy in when we found out he had parvo to be treated for 3 days and 2 nights and we just got him back today and he is completely covered in his own fecal matter and… his own vomit. they did not tend to him or care for him at all while he was there what so ever from what it seems. in no way at all is it okay for a sick and possibly dying puppy to be returned to his owners in that type of condition. they just

Brought my grand-dog here today for an “urgent visit” since he was very ill and hurt, and our regular vet was not open. I was amazed at how wonderful these people are at Spring Valley. Out of 8 places that I called, they were the only ones who even asked me what was wrong with my dog. Each person I talked to were amazing, their care of our dog was amazing, and they just got themselves a new client today! We are switching our beloved, old dog to Spring Valley’s care! Thank you Spring Valley for taking care of our Prince!

I have a dog who is very skittish around new people and can come off as aggressive. They were so gentle with her, and 10 minutes after I left they were able to take her muzzle off. When I came to pick her up… after her surgery, they were petting her goodbye and she wasn't even barking. I had never seen her that comfortable around so many people. I am very impressed with their service and will always bring my animals to them from now on!
