The management is unreasonable. Absolutely do not live here if you are a medical student. They are unwilling to work with students during a time of pandemic, and with people who are going into healthcare- showing just how much they value healthcare workers during a crisis. They respond slowly as well, my roommates and I often have to send multiple e-mails before getting a response.
Overall, I am highly disappointed in the managements position to help future physicians especially during the time of a pandemic, even more so to cause further emotional stress while we are trying to complete medical

Robin is the property manager at Oak Ridge Estates. She claims she has been forwarding our request to participate in the CARES PA Housing Rent Relief fund during this pandemic, but she has not actually sent anything to corporate, and denies our ability to participate in the rent relief program right away (which is at no cost to her). When we ask her to provide documents and policies as to why she cannot share any information with us- including the legal contact team, she cannot give us any answer. She is not the owner, or a lawyer, and has been very dishonest with us during this time of the pandemic
