We would live here again in a heartbeat. The office staff was so friendly. When we adopted a dog, they told us to bring her by all the time for treats. The maintenance staff was tremendous. Every time we had an issue (always small things) they came the same day or next day, depending on the time the request was placed. I did not feel weird letting them in if we weren't there. Some other reviews on here mentioned that the walls were thing so you could hear your neighbors. I'm not sure if there is a difference from buildings, but we barely heard our neighbors - just an occasional dog bark or a neighbor

Very nice & quiet. Swimming pool, Basketball court, and small workout room. I didn't have one complaint about anything for the 5 years I lived there other than the rent being a little high. But it was well worth it for the peace & quiet. Would move back there in a heartbeat.

Where do I start? When I first moved in i had a terrible experience. I had to bleach and clean dirty pee off the sink, toilet, and shower wall. There was hair from the last renter all over the sink as well. They did not clean at all. Also, the fridge was not plugged in for several months and smelled like stale air for about a week. I had a closet door fall of the hinges. (Keep in mind this is still day 1). Missed paint spots. There’s a yellow square of possible mold coming through the wall in my bedroom..okay now let’s move on to the past 7 months. Furnace broke twice, microwave broke, 2 more

Refused to rent to us. Prices for rent are too high for the age and appearance of the buildings

My wife and I moved in at the end of Nov 2016. At the time of this writing we have been here for almost 2 months. I'll start by saying that we haven't had any major problems AFTER move in. We live in one of the large 2BR apartments on the top floor at the end of our building complex. Everyone is fairly quiet. The club house is fun and is a nice little getaway if you want to work out or relax outside of your unit.
The major reason why I don't give this 5 stars is that I had some issues when I first moved in. I was told that the bedrooms were cable/internet ready. This was important because I work

Alright until they charged me a termination fee after confirming that I would not have to pay it. Poor Communication with leasing office. Outdated kitchen and bathroom.

Very clean, well insulated, quiet friendly staff, and great little neighborhood. Only reason it doesn't get five stars is it's a little pricey after the first year. Rent went up $80 a month after our first year to a pretty uncomfortable price for a 600 sq ft, one bedroom apartment (in my opinion at least), so we'll be looking into a house at the end of this lease. Other than that, it's a great place to live in Monroeville and i'd recommend it.

This is one of the nicest places I have ever lived. It is conveniently located in the heart of Monroeville, with Pittsburgh a short 20 minutes away. The apartment complex is well-maintained and has access to a fitness center, pool, tennis court, and basketball court. All the residents are nice and I have never had a problem with noise or other disruptions. I am a college student, and though I find that most of the activities here are geared toward senior citizens, it is nice to see that the apartment holds barbecues and other events for the residents. Highly recommended!
