Slow taking care of the doors to be painted, promised before we moved in, when we moved out the doors were still not painted, we were just lied to.....
Asked to chaulk window and it was never done for a full year, and same with other places that needed painted

Very nice townhome community seated so close to literally every major road. I lived here from July 2014 to June 2021. Renee and staff do a wonderful job to make sure that maintenance comes out timely when something breaks, lawn service, snow removal, fresh mulch yearly, trash pickup that is free, food trucks that is a relatively new little social perk, all nice things. I've heard new residents even get a free gym membership for a set amount of months. My two bedroom was plenty big enough for myself, my husband, and cat and ended at $965 with a $55 rate increase. Not too bad.

The most ridiculous charges I’ve ever seen as they never did normal wear and tear repairs on their apartments, outdated awful apartments charging high rent to the elderly who do not know better. DO NOT RENT HERE

I have been at HP Apartments for over a year now. Townhouse was very clean when we moved in and we have had basically zero issues living here. Our fridge began leaking at one point and management just gave us a new and improved fridge. I got a complimentary carpet cleaning for renewing my lease and they installed two outlets for an extremely cheap price (compared to an electrician). The front office has always been efficient and communicates well. I have seen bad reviews regarding the ending of leases (which I have not experience yet). But until then, five stars from me!

They are over priced slum lords. Been here for over 6 years and it has never changed... you overpay for slum lord service. Constant issues with leaks, insects and air conditioning issues. Recently the AC broke it needs replaced they are not replacing it an I was told its a luxury. Ok but Im paying for it.... I have 2 small kids... All I got was attitude...They are also evicting ppl during a pandemic... But hey if you want to live in Plum STAY AWAY from Holiday park Apartments

We had been happily renting from Kim K in the office for years and this was no different when we followed her here! She showed us a nice place that we had been in for almost 4 years. We had very little maintenance issues and the small ones we had were fixed and addressed promptly. We have had great neighbors, even when old ones have moved out, great ones moved in. This was an amazing place to start a family and build a home. The only reason we left is because we got ourselfs a house! If your looking for a nice place for your family I highly recommend you go here and ask for Kim in the office!

Fantastic community. Beautiful townhomes and apartments. Up to date and well maintained. Friendly and efficient office staff and maintenance crew is well trained and professional. Would highly recommend to anybody looking for a home in this area.

The leasing staff are honest and actually care about making sure that you have a good experience staying here. The townhomes are really nice and the area is too. Ask for Kim at the leasing office. She is super friendly and is always willing to help. You will be very happy if you stay here!

I’ve been in a 2bedroom townhome for about a year and a half and haven’t had many issues. The neighbors are friendly and the place is in good condition. When Iva has to call maintenance they usually have come the same day. The walls between units are pretty solid and so minimal noise from neighbors. Rooms and closets are a decent size. Overall I’m pretty satisfied though I may move to a cheaper sister complex when my lease is up.

Pay almost 1,000 a month for rent. They raise the rent every year, currently have been here two years. They leave the grass uncut where I rent and we have garbage service (not dumpsters) and they have not been here in three weeks, animals are getting to it and it looks like I live in a dump. You call the office and they tell you they told who ever is responsible and thats all they can do for you. Don't rent from the ridgeview court area. That is a place that gets forgotten about.
