Stay away. Thin floors can hear all tenants stomping around. Fire alarms constantly going off. The dryers and washers are always out of service, eat your change and don't work well. Not to mention the cost of using them is outrageous. Getting your security deposit back is also a joke, but I took pictures of everything cleaned before I left and got it back. Do yourself a favor if you stay here take pictures cause she charges an arm and a leg for each thing not taken care of.

Staff is very unprofessional. No EMPATHY. Stay away!! When trying to talk about a situation they keep you there enough to call the cops secretly. I was never told to leave. So I talked to the cops straighten everything out by phone afterwards Again very UNPROFESSIONAL!! STAY AWAY! I wouldn't want my business with these kind of people. Mainly head management. CEO needs to know about this behavior definitely.

I lived here from 2016-2018 in the Morningside Ave apartments in Jeannette while I was a student in the area, and I have nothing bad to say! There are cheaper 1 bedroom apartments in Greensburg, but I was specifically looking for a more suburban area and newer apartments.
I rarely had maintenance issues, but when I did the maintenance man came in either the same day or next day. I can't remember his name, but he is truly an asset to the company! Very kind, respectful, and he even took his shoes off before coming inside my house since I don't wear shoes at home!! It is so rare to see that kind

I am very disappointed with their service. They seemed very nice at first, however when it was time to move out they charged me an unreasonable fee for no reason, docking my security deposit. Each appliance that is not cleaned, you get charged $50. I never used the oven as I rarely cook at home, and somehow they said it was dirty when I left. I even wiped it down just to be safe, returning it to them cleaner than I received it.
They also make you do professional carpet cleaning before you leave, which cost me over $200. I have no kids or pets and the carpet was still as good as before, but yet

I rented a townhouse in their Penglyn area and have nothing but great things to say about the company. The townhome itself was clean and well maintained in a quiet setting. I had an issue that required maintenance only once and they were there within an hour to fix the issue.
The owner was awesome working with me regarding special circumstances near my move out. They offer month to month after a year for an additional cost, which was perfect when buying a house. Had we not purchased a house we'd still be living there.

LRG Rentals' Clay Pike Townhouses are not worth the rent!
This is my attempt to give the 'next guy' an informed review since LRG is not BBB accredited. I hope that someone else with a family does not make the same mistake I did, by renting from this company. There are reasons to which half of the Clay Pike Townhouses are vacant.
I should have made the realization from the get go when Tina gave us a per month cost verbally and then attempted to print a different amount in our lease.
The parking situation is dangerous, especially when it snows: LRG contracts the cheapest snow removal service who
