Went in for routine inspection. One of the older gentleman had to tell on of the mechanics to not kick my car. Went to drive off, and noticed they didn't put the inspection sticker on the car. Took another 15 minutes to put the sticker on. It's very clear the change in ownership has changed the service. I won't be returning.

I previously gave these guys ten stars because they were that good, for years, a totally trustworthy bunch of mechanics. Without knowing they'd been sold to a new owner Nov 1 2021, I called to make an appointment but instead of getting the ever-efficient and always pleasant Angel on the phone, I got some bumbling old duffer who put me on hold for five minutes to check the appointment schedule until the call was cut off. Didn't apologize when I called back. Thought it was just some new guy but when I brought in the vehicle I didn't recognize anyone in the office, a red flag. Asked

The shop didn't do the work I asked to perform. Went in for a leaking tire, balance and rotate all tires. All the instructions were written on the repair order. They started to repair the wrong tire, I had to point this out to them. Then to they failed to rotate the rear tires, again to pointed this out to the shop supervisor. I asked them if they remove the old weights prior to balancing the tires they assured me that they do. When I arrived home I could see the old weights, they just added some additional weights. I called the service manager and pointed out the poor service and he started with

They saved my bacon. The dealership said I needed repairs costing $3,000 to pass inspection. The guys at Tire Outfitters did the job for one-tenth of that price. They were even $100 below their own estimate. The guys didn't wear ties and all have clean nails, but they were gentlemen to me. Good service and honesty trumps glitz every time..

Never had the check engine light come on until the day I picked it up from Tire Outfitters after having the timing belt replaced in 2019. First, they said you need new spark plugs, so I paid another 200+ dollars, but light was still on. They tried to figure out what was causing it (which is why I give them 2 stars), but after trying for hours, they couldn't. Since then, the check engine light comes on and goes off constantly.

On April 30, 2021 I took my Acadia in to get 4 new tires and alignment, when paying and retrieving the vehicle all was well and everybody was very pleasant. Upon getting home my neighbor looked over at my car in my driveway and noticed a wire hanging and told me, so I called tire outfitters of course because I just left there, he told me I could… email him some photos of the wire and he would give me a call back, I did send the email, got the call back, for him to let me know that it’s my emergency brake cable, and it probably broke while on his lift, because it was rusty. Tire Outfitters has officially lost any future business from me and my family due to a vindictive vehicle inspector that works for them. I was agitated when he came into the office and said he was failing my jeep for the 3rd brake light and brake pads on 2 wheels...the agitating part being the 3rd brake light that has passed inspection for the past… 4 years(which he claims isn't dot certified. The deal breaker however that has lost them my business is the fact that because I pissed him off.....suddenly he added a marker bulb and rotors out of spite! This is very unprofessional as well as

Again and again, never, never disappointed in the quality of service and honesty from Tire Outfitters. We are grateful to have such a great auto service business in the Winchester area. I thought all 4 of my wheels bearings were done, ended up being just 1 in the front, but I decided to have both replaced as I had someone else replace them approx 5yrs ago and had a lower ball joint that needed replace to pass inspection. I have no reservation in taking my 2001 Lexus RX300 to Tire Outfitters.

This is a great no frills great price tire shop. I recently researched on one of the major tire websites for a tire model to install on my wife's CRV. The site, which normally has a substantially low price, was beaten by this shop by $20 per tire. Not sure if you'll get the same results for all brands.
I called them and gave them the model and size I wanted, they said they could have them the next day and installed if needed. I opted to schedule later, but dropped off at around 10 am for an 11:00 appointment and got a call around 2 that is was finished (I didn't wait there).

I've been going to Tire Outfitters since I moved to Winchester in 2013. I drive almost 30 minutes to take my vehicle here even though there are auto mechanics much closer to my home. Their service has always been quick and honest.
And as a woman, it's been great to find a place where I'm treated with respect despite my abysmal lack of knowledge about mechanics.

I just recently moved to Virginia from NH, my 2014 Chevy Silverado needed an inspection. Went to a local shop near me in Herndon and was told my truck needed over $3,600 in work, I could not believe it. My boyfriend spoke to a few of his coworkers and was told to get a quote from Tire Outfitters. My boyfriend went over what possibly needed to be repaired and was quoted $2,200. Brought my truck in, Tire Outfitters did their own inspection and found way less wrong with my truck to pass inspection because they are ASE Certified! I paid less than

I was absolutely blown away by the amazing service that I received from Tire Outfitters. I had a manifold exhaust leak in my 2002 Ford F150. My pastor recommended this place and my brother who is a former mechanic told me to be careful because the aluminum manifold can be a headache and potentially costly. Jamie was my service representative and he knew the exact issue and got it fixed within a day.
The best part was that the estimate was $493, but he only charged me $402 because they got the work done an hour quicker. Most places would have charged the original amount but Jamie's approach

I had bookmarked this place after reading all their reviews for when I needed tires or some repair work. The time finally came today as I dropped off my truck for some brake work and new tires. They called and said the part I thought was broken was not after all and they suggested I take it back to the last place that installed the part "because it's probably still under warranty". Guess what...they were right and I'm now getting that issue fixed, and for free or low cost from the other shop who installed a defective power steering pump. TIre Outfitters could have taken advantage

Hidden costs and bait and switch. I like paying what is listed, not extra for a bunch of useless crap. Make sure you ask for a price including EVERYTHING! If not, a 70 dollar tire can cost you 115 before the hidden costs hit you in the kisser. Took over 2 hours as well and it wasn't even busy. The tire guy had to smoke 10 cigs before he could finish my tire. Will not be coming back!

Went back again today for a massively-needed repair for my car that took a week to get the parts for (by the way, TO charges no garaging fees while you wait!) They were quick about putting it together the moment they got the parts, and they even came in aprox. 20% UNDER the estimated cost (compared to AAA, who was going to charge me THREE TIMES what the guys at TO did.)
