We have had 5 vehicles serviced, inspected, and evaluated at Autoserv in Charles Town over the past 10 years. I find the employee's very knowledgeable, hard working and fair in dealing with our needs. They go above and beyond in providing superior service to our family. My wife is not well and they always make getting her vehicle serviced as easy for us as possible.

Amazing service. They’re extremely friendly and informative. I had to get a state inspection, wheel alignment and oil change done, and they had all of it taken care of in under an hour and and 45 min. Pricing was great too. Can’t recommended this place enough. Definitely going to come back for any future service I need done on my vehicle.

I find the staff members to be genuine and just cannot find a better company to do business with on my minivan. They give the high level quality with reasonable prices. I just think they are all-around the best in town. I trust them with my family's vehicles. Everyone there is super professional. And I cannot think of any better people than the owners....they're good people.

Got my truck inspected here. They do a thorough inspection, so you have to make an appointment. However, they don't lie to you and tell you things need replacing that do not. Very straightforward and honest. Only took about an hour. If I ever need repairs, I feel like these guys would be honest and cut me a square deal.

The service was courteous attentive to my needs and seemed extremely fair. I was extremely impressed with the treatment I received and the service I got. [follow-up:] Took second vehicle in for state inspection - they took care of burnt out brake light and had it done before Saturday noon closing time.
