I joined Kroc Center this summer for the pool and gym, and my experience has been terrible. Multiple times I have made reservations for the lap pool ahead of time and then arrived only to learn no lanes were actually available. The locker room is always stinky and never feels quite clean. One thing I wish I had known before joining is that you are required to keep all children under 6 years old (even if they can swim) within an arms reach at ALL times—even in 4 inches of water with life jackets on. It is also helpful to know that even if you join on the last day of the month you must pay for

The worst gym I’ve been to in my entire life. No organization, employees couldn’t be more unhelpful. It’s like they don’t want people to come back. The basketball gym is never open. I considered it theft that they stole my money for multiple months. I would do anything to go back in time and never join this gym to save me from this miserable gym experience.

I really think that they should work on there communication with customers/ members . I have bad experience with there rules with the COVID and aquatic use , you have to reserv a line if you want to swim , but then they close 3 out of 6 lanes for classes in the morning when it’s the busiest time and there is only 3 lanes left for everyone else to share. So the classes can have multiple people per line , but regular members can not ?! And also you can not have 2-3 people per line , but than you have 4 people waiting in the hot tub ( when it’s open/work! ) at the same time ??? When I try to talk

Staff was extremely rude... from front desk to the pool. Life guards standing around with their masks on their chins... yet some random guy with no name tag walked up to me sitting 6 feet or more away from anyone with plenty of room To walk by, got in my face after I was clearly already having a hard time breathing and told me to put my mask on correctly.. He was the one violating guidelines...when I asked him for leave me alone he refused and threatened to kick me out. For a place that swears by including all... there is little tolerance.to anyone who can't tolerate masks. Rude and condescending

Beautiful facility. Very kind staff. The pool cannot be beat for kids. The lifeguards are kind, thoughtful and fun. Grateful they are enforcing masks 😷 to keep our community safe. The only indoor place I feel comfortable going to right now. Easy to find quiet times if you’re willing to go off hours.
