Please note, you are allowed two pets per household. There is a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet under 30 lbs., and a $500 non-refundable pet fee per pet over 30 lbs. There is also a $25 (per pet) fee each month for the pet(s). Pet Deposit for all pets over 40 pounds full grown. This is payable in increments of $50.00 per month if you so choose.

We lived here for two years and the complex has been more than adequate for our needs. The rent is fair for the amenities, location and quality of the apartment. The property owners are honest and fair to deal with, and maintenance requests are quickly addressed.
Neighbors are all quiet and friendly, and everyone does a good job at cleaning up after their pets outside. It's a quick walk to Willow Beach or to any of the restaurants or stores along Cass Lake Road.

I gotta say, I LOVE living here. I was looking for an affordable, safe, QUIET apartment and I definitely get all of that here. The fact that its near the lake is awesome - I never thought I could afford something so close to the water! Its great. Management has been helpful and friendly since the very beginning, and I've never had any issues at all. Would definitely recommend this place .

Stephanie will make sure that you have an excellent experience at Cass Lake Front Apartments and I highly recommend living here. I lived at 1763 and had a great experience. There were plenty of times I would peacefully walk around the state park 5 mins away and come home and make a good meal. I enjoyed being near the lake in such a unique location. If there was ever an issue, Stephanie and the team would take care of the problem right away. I found that Brookfield Management truly cares about their guests. I know you will be happy too.

Hey i'm a doctor in training working at a nearby hospital and I have stayed here for a few months now. This is an awesome location by the lake and is close to the main roads...nice and quiet area....i have not had any issues with the place and have recommended my co workers to stay here too...would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The apartments on the inside are spacious. The inside was not updated. I would never suggest living there because the management team gets into lawsuit(s) by billing residents who vacate for things that were never destroyed or damaged. If you try to fight it, they may take you to a higher court and even provide photos that will seem the complete opposite of your own move out photos so how those exist, who knows. Beautiful location, small complex. If you get treated right, it could be a nice experience.
