I cannot express what a special place Whethersfield is. It’s the first place in awhile I have actually gotten to know my neighbors. If anything goes amiss in my apartment, staff is over within hours to fix it (anything from light bulbs to ovens). The amenities are phenomenal and well kept up. And I love going for walks on the grounds every evening. It’s such a peaceful and pleasant place to live.

I lived here for a year (2018-2019) and it was a great experience. The office staff was helpful, maintenance was quick, the apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in. Other than the constant traffic on Telegraph, the community was quiet. The pool and workout room were clean. I really liked having an included carport. If I could have, I would have stayed longer!

I was a tenant in one of their properties "Whethersfield apartments" in Bloomfield Hills for 2 years. I paid my rent on time and for the most part I had liked living here. Sadly, since Jun-Aug months last year were a nightmare!!! I started having issues with my AC and despite calling several times to the management office, they ignored it and said "I should just lower the temperature, that it was too hot and I needed to lower the setting for it to cool down" I did exactly that and without success. My next door neighbor complained as well soon after and that's finally when they began "looking into

Since the management switched the apartments have not been run as smoothly as they used to be. Maintenance does not come around as often, even when called. There have been thefts of items from carports ex: bikes. When you put in a request the manager makes up an excuse. Rent goes up every year. The positive is that it is in a great location, neighbors are friendly, the units are pet friendly and the size of the units are pretty big.
