A decent and safe place to live. It is nice that there is a pool and gym on site, and the apartment environment is quite private even though it is off a busy road. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. However, I have had some negative experiences with the maintenance workers and sometimes management leaves some passive aggressive notices for the residents. Also, some of the residents are inconsiderate and play loud music later at night which I wish was enforced. The price is a bit high, but good for the area. Overall a decent place to live.

Very happy with the layout and quality of the apartment itself. Great location. Have always had any maintenance requests resolved quickly. Not giving a full 5 stars due to what I feel was lackluster/incomplete communication about changes to expect during the recent management transition, and the extra random fees/outsourcing of payment for services that were added with this change. For example, the monthly charge for water used to be a flat amount. Now it is based on the average of what is consumed by an entire building full of tenants... not exactly fair for those who do their best to conserve

When I moved to Bloomfield place apartments it was a seem less transition. Staff is on top of everything! Not only was it a smooth application process - I have a safe and clean home too! Moving is not always easy - there was ample parking space for the Uhaul and lots of apartment / storage space. Location is key! Thank you Bloomfield Place Apartments!

The community is located near a lake that is lovely to walk around. It is in a great area with lots of shopping and nearby grocery stores. I especially love being across the street from Costco. The apartment itself is rather small, but large enough for my roommate and I to enjoy our time. The floors were recently redone and make the apartment feel more modern. The kitchen and bathroom cupboards are still outdated, but we opted to pay a lower rent when applying for an apartment. The bathtub was damaged when we moved in. Maintenance indicated their knowledge of this damage and mentioned that they

I've lived here for 2 years now and have no regrets so far! The location is really convenient with quick access to nearby retail stores ( Costco, Trader Joe's, etc. ). Also, the neighborhood is really peaceful and pet-friendly. There is plenty of parking space and the location is really safe. The slightly higher rent is justified by its great location and neighborhood. Overall, I would call my stay a pleasant experience and love living here!

I've lived here for 3 years now and through a change in management. My place is nice and I enjoy the location. The rent has increased without any change in amenities or service which is disappointing. This was not a small increase either. I've chosen to stay here another year, but I won't be staying for another annual increase in rent. Maintenance is okay and the front office can be difficult to get ahold of. Overall it has been a good experience, and I would recommend it to others.

Used to be a great place to rent & live. However, the management has changed recently, and everything has been going down since. The grounds are dirty, the windows have not been cleaned in a long time (which used to be done regularly in the past), and the pond is just a big, green, stinky swamp now. The pool is used (and abused) by people who don't live there who drink alcohol, and act rather rowdy. Called the manager a few times, they don't care. If you're looking for a nice place to live, it's not it (don't let the high prices fool you). Sad what happened to this place.

Bad communication. I applied to live here and put down a deposit fee around 7/8/21. For other apartments I've applied to the approval process was instant (I understand waiting time if a leasing manager wasn't there to hit the final button to accept, but actually being approved was instant and I was always made aware of what was going on and when), but here my application never had any activity on it. I was told the leasing manager wouldn't be in until Tuesday 7/13 and they were the only person to handle approvals. I never received a call so I called back, so I called that Friday 7/16 to be told
