We've had a lot of issues since moving in - from staff not providing us the right information regarding our utilities (took a month and a half to get heat during November til December). The washers and dryers below unit often requiring multiple usages - or the bent and damaged rackings in our dishwasher are also obnoxious.
You do get the landlord special here as well, it's an apartment after all so expect a lot of hidden and hard to spot issues - do a thorough check. We moved in with outlets not working, paint chippings in spots under seal, wood stains on hard flooring, and of course black mold

My husband and I had applied and was promised to be able to move in right away. It has over 2 weeks and we still have yet to receive a move in date. Not to mention we had to keep calling the property in regards to the next steps. After calling today for one last time, we were promised a phone call back in regards to our move in date around 11:30 and here we are going on 4:30pm and still no call back and the property won’t even pickup the phone. This is huge inconvenience for us because now we have to

I’ve been here for about five months and it’s gone downhill relatively quickly. Before signing my contract for my lease Michael was wonderful, however after my concerns we’re not even acknowledged. The washer and dryers here barely work and you have to pay double the price for your clothes to be washed and dried properly. The dishwasher didn’t work nor the blinds or heat prior to moving in. The cabinets are falling apart along with everything else. Packages are coming up missing with no resolution or cameras on the property (does not make me feel safe). The best part about the apartment is the maintenance staff and the location. All maintenance requests are done within 24 hours and emergency requests within few hours. Mike at the office is really nice and very helpful. The low rating is mostly because of the old management and the new ones are taking every step possible to make it a better place to live. Great place to rent considering the price, location and services.

These apartments are great for the price and location. The leasing office team is wonderful and very supportive. Special mention to property manager Jade and maintenance guy Wayne! Jade is awesome and has helped me a lot during my move-in and move-out times. Maintenance requests are completely within a day or two. For this price, I would definitely recommend this place.

This is the best place I have ever rented from. Michael has been such a help from the very start. Answering any questions I have as well as dealing with my maintenance issues promptly. I have not ever dealt with such proficiency in a receptionist before! Don’t get me started on Jay who has been extremely thorough with answering any questions I’ve had and helping me transition with my move. I honestly did not want to move and it is a very high chance I will be back! Best management team I have ever dealt with!!! Top notch customer service as well!

The apartment is good & their maintenance team responds good. Even though the office people are good & responds good, but getting refunded the deposit amount takes very long. I've seen for people it is more then 2-3 months, but in my case it was 4.5 months. With a lot of followup I was able to get it. This is the only concern which I faced for myself & for few of my friends. Except this the place is overall good.
