While attending My Aunts funeral today, I was in charge of the video and music that was being played. I put it all on to a flash drive as I was told to either bring a flash drive or CD the day before when I called and asked. The Lady was pretty rude and didn’t realize there was a USB slot on the TV and rolled Her eyes and repeatedly said “This is why We like to have this stuff in advance”. You just put it in and hit play so I honestly didn’t think I needed to come any earlier than 15mins before the visitation. My Husband found where the flash drive goes in and figured it all out. But still

Please excuse the negative review as the previous person failed to pay a penny so YES her empty handed suggestions maybe heard but not considered. As a business it would be smart to listen to the person paying as they can choose to go elsewhere. This is a sad attempt of self guilt being projected onto another. To shame the funeral based on your conscience KNOWING you were less than a mother is deplorable. SEEK HELP, and review that. This place is an utter disappointment; lacks professionalism and more importantly quality care and concern at the most difficult time. My son didn't look anything like he should have, the casket was too small and he looked as though he was stuffed in the casket. Every offer of suggestion was met with a ridiculous reply all because my ex-mother-in-law is a friend. In addition to paying this lady to move my son from a more reputable funeral home to McCall. As his mother, she would not listen to any suggestions. If there was a rating with less than a single star that would still be too good for this
