Rebold Funeral Home
However, should a family request that relatives, friends and other guests visiting the funeral wear a mask and practice social distancing, we will honor that request. Social Distancing means we must limit the number person inside the funeral home (50) and the number of chairs set up for a funeral service (about 30).

We invite you to browse our website, and please feel comfortable enough to stop and submit a question or comment if you wish. Of course you have the final decision. Whether you want simple services, an elaborate ceremony or no services at all; whether you want burial or cremation; isn't it nice to know, we can help you make these arrangements.

The Rebold Family entered into the funeral business in the South Fairmount neighborhood of Cincinnati in 1882. It continued to operate through 4 generations of the family. The first location, at the corner of Harrison and Westwood, at the foot of the Western Hills Viaduct still stands today.

The funeral home was moved a short distance to the corner of Queen City and Grand Avenue and flourished as the neighborhood grew around St. Bonnaventure Church. In 1921, the Cheviot location, which was built as a funeral home and family residence was completed. This location has been the mainstay of the family business.
We're proud to be a privately owned business. We answer to you, the people who trust us to serve them in a time of need, not an out of town corporate headquarters. We are part of your community. We and our staff members live in your same neighborhoods. We go to the same churches and shopping centers.

So the funeral home was bought out. My husband’s funeral was one of the last funerals mike attended to. Mike was wonderful and made the Process as easy it could be a time like this. Coordinated the corner and pick up and the cremation. He put on a wonderful funeral.
I called to get the final death certificates and spoke to the receptionist. She… had no clue who I was.( she didn’t know how to spell roger or Megan) . Then I spoke to William. He was so not helpful. He told me I could use the pending death certificate and op topsy report to turn into life insurance. Which is not
