My first experience years ago with Malugani’s was driving in with a flat tire and no appointment. They quickly assessed there was a nail, they fixed it filled it up put me back on the road for no charge. They Always do what’s right for the customer and the car, never just to make a buck. I trust they will continue to do the same and they will continue to get my business.

It is great you are in Mill Valley and close to my home when I had a flat tire. I left the tire first thing to be fixed and your office said you would call to let me know when to return to have it installed. I got no call all day. So about 4 p.m. I called to find out it was ready, but no one had let me know. That is the 2nd time that has happened. Previous visits had seen the same lapse in service. Someone is dropping the ball about letting customers know when to return or pick up the vehicle.Can you get your mechanics trained to communicate with customers better? That is my only real gripe. I

Needed all new tires and they were able to get the tires in and set me up with an appointment in 3 days. I had an emergency and needed to come in earlier than scheduled, and use my car for a long distance drive immediately after - they fit me right in. They called to let me know of a few other issues they found, provided a quote and were able to do the additional work on the spot. I'm pretty sure they also cleaned my shamefully dirty windshield to top it off. They followed up via text to see how the car was doing. I didn't really have time to shop around for cost on work like this, but

I always do my own car work because I don't trust anyone with my car. It's a 2000 grand marquis. Anyway I replaced all the suspension personally then had them align it. They did it perfectly and I know they spent way longer on it than they wanted, but the price was what we agreed to. A little high but most placed I won't name only do partial alignments. These folk went all out. Thank you malugani tire for caring about my $1100 car, seriously!

Thoughtful and thorough. Excellent communication between service writers and me. I recently (Aug. ‘21) had work done on two different vehicles. Both jobs were on time and on budget and perfectly executed.

Fantastic tire place!! Best in Marin! They are honest, hard working, efficient and always friendly. They not only put the tires on but they also keep me up to date if the brakes look like they may need to be replaced soon, oil check, tire rotations and just keep my vehicle in tip top shape. If I could I would give them 100 stars.

It's uncommon to write a review for a place that I didn't actually buy something from! I've had tires repaired/replaced there previously though with good success. Today I went in to have a tire looked at bc I thought it had been damaged and might need to be replaced. I also thought i might need new tires for my other three bc of a low tread level. After a brief inspection i was told that the "damaged" tire was fine and that I had enough tread on all of them to most likely last me through next winter. This kind of merchant honesty has made me a customer for life.

I'm late writing this review, but the team at Malugani's really helped me out with a flat during the peak of the pandemic. I had a tire that wouldn't hold air, and they were extremely responsive and flexible. I wasn't sure if my tire needed to be replaced or could be repaired. They gave me a quote for two new Perilli tires that was extremely reasonable, and they had the tires delivered to their shop. But, they said if they could fix my flat I wouldn't have to take the new tires. I had my car towed to the shop. It turned out that I did need the new tires, and they handled

Had a nail in the tire, ouch here comes the minimum fee whenever you bring your car in...not at Malugani's simple problems are priced accordingly. I take all of my family's cars in for everything they do and of course buy all my tires there. Sorry to say they wouldn't work on a cars engine :(. Yes, that ended up being a spark plug and coil for which I paid dearly some place else.

Tire Trouble
Took my car in because I found a nail in one of the tires. Turns out, it was more like a large tack that did not penetrate the tire. They removed it, check the pressure of the other 3 tires. Then did not charge me anything. I wanted to pay for their time but they refused.
Needless to say, I was very pleased. My wife and I have been customers for many years and will continue for more.

Saw the great reviews so I called and booked an appointment to get my brakes checked/repaired. They called with the estimate....
Front brake pads, rotors, and flush -843.18
Oil change w/ cabin filter changed - 150.58
I politely declined, as I called around and got other prices. I went to pick up the truck and pay for the inspection, which states 65.00 and the minimum for anything there is 65.00. When I gave them my card the gentleman said it was 75.00, to which I asked about the sign posted 65.00. He said kids must have been playing with it.
Those Marin kids are super smart, changing the prices
