Our healthcare team consists of a triage nurse, medical assistants, lab technician, physician assistant, referral coordinator, insurance specialist, health information manager, registered nurse, and a certified medical aesthetic provider to meet and exceed your healthcare expectations.
We are a primary care medical practice specializing in diabetes management and education, cardiac risk assessments and management, weight loss assistance and management, cholesterol and blood pressure monitoring and treatment, women's health and wellness, physicals for school or employment, treatment for everyday illnesses, and much more.
In an effort to make sure your visit to the office goes smoothly, we've put together some important information to assist you. It is not necessary to make an appointment for a lab draw that has been ordered by Dr. Ching. They will then make an electronic request of our office via computer. Please allow 3-5 days for medication refills, although most are completed more quickly.

I would not recommend this doctor. I went to see the doctor because I was having a hard time breathing. He prescribed me medication and an MRI of the lungs. I made an appointment right away for the MRI and the technician mentioned the doctor wanted the results right away so I felt better since I was stressed about the hard time I was having. I waited a week and called the doctors office and the person that answered said he has not read the results yet. I asked if he could get them read since what the doctor prescribed was not working and he agreed to talk to the doctor for me. I was not happy because

I am a new patient of Dr Ching. I had my second appointment scheduled for Jan 30, 2020. I received a call from the Dr’s office that my appointment had to be rescheduled for a later date. I had not realized my prescription had no more refills and since my day was moved I ran out of medication. The pharmacy had sent them a fax since Friday Jan 31,2020. It is now Monday Feb 3, 2020, and I have been calling all morning since 8:13 a.m. with no call return. I call the general office extension and I get educated that the employees are there but they have until the end of the day to call me back and

I been a patient at dr. Ching about 12yrs. Now the service is not like it was 8 yrs Ago. its all about money and less about how high my blood pressure gets or if my diabetes is in control. Or why am i having these pains in my legs. . So I will be seeking me another doctor asap. When ever your doctor care more about money over your health making sure your medication is the correct dose to control your high blood pressure your diabetes. Referring you a nutritional advisor to help you control your diabetes. Its time to move on.

I am a new patient of This facility, howevever I come here all the time with my gf . They over book themselves! Was here for an appointment at 11:15am come 30 minutes early and I am still waiting to be seen it’s now 12:10pm. WHAT THE HECK IS THE POINT OF AN APPOINTMENT. When I asked the lady at the front desk she just told me that there are three people ahead of me ... um 😐 I am NOT A Walk in if there is not enough staff back there don’t book it thn . This appointment was made a month in advance . I am very disappointed!
