Scheduled an appointment for alignment on my Charger. Got in quickly, that was the positive. Talked with Jim when I made the appointment and explained that I had just replaced the steering rack and the bolt on the steering connection may need to be removed and replaced correctly. Jim responded like I didn't know what I was talking about, but reassured me that they would take care of it. Sure enough it did need that done, but Jim told me sorry, we don't have time for that now and by the way your car pulls to the right...i drove it and it drives correctly. I have used this place for years. A true family owned company, you can trust these guys to do the right job for the right price. On one occasion the manager stayed over after closing and repaired a tire on my daughters car. Priceless

Have lived within ten miles of this place going on forty years and have never been there. So I wanted a specific tire for my camper. The chain guys near me didn't have them. Dempster did. I tell ya. They were quick, courteous, and the same price as the big chain tire stores. If you want good old home town service, this is the place.

Very customer oriented place! Came in unexpectedly with a huge nail in my tire, although they were busy , they squeezed me in since I was in a pinch! Nice to see a business who still cares for their customers! Thank you, Dempster tire, I'll continue to be a loyal customer !
