Be ready to wait as solicitors can delay paperwork & once paperwork is complete they might go on leaves without informing clients. And yes when you follow up & question for delay, receptionist is awesome to tell clients quite rudely that "nowadays everyone has an urgency". So had to remind her that "you being into legal business things are urgent for clients so kindly adhere to timeliness". Will not recommend at all.

This law firm does not keep files confidential...had the worst experience and disclosed the status of my file to someone this person knew and the next thing it was all over my workplace. This person cannot be trusted and this law firm should close if I were to go further and take action on this lawyer. He went out of this breech and did not keep things confidential has l lawyer should do in his profession. I will seek further action and see where it will go from here. But, don’t ever deal with this law firm, you don’t know what your asking for.
