You'll get daily e-mails to build up your positivity, persistence, and pursuit of love for yourself and your body beyond the grief of where you are today. Then in 15-minutes/day you will move in ways that will heal and wake up your body. You truly can find hope in healing- let's do this together!

In the first 2 decades of her life, Nicole spent most of her waking hours chasing after ways to fight off her inner critic and prove she could be more thin, more athletic, and well. After finding a love of running and a respect for her innate beauty, she has devoted her life to helping women and girls drop their body baggage and embrace their own unique beauty and strength.

Nicole has been helping women and girls overcome autoimmune disease, pain, and infertility so they can live their purpose filled life with strength and soul for the last 20 years.
