With the recent passing of my Brother we were at a lost of whom to trust with his funeral arrangement. We were referred to JoMarie and all it took was 1 phone call to see why someone would refer her. She did an amazing service with my Brothers Military Burial and the funeral home was also very nice.

I just want to say that we had a great experience with this funeral home in such difficult time of loosing my brother.. from the very beginning Joey was so attentive, professional, she went ABOVE and beyond to help us! she treated us like family. My family's experience here exceeded our expectations. Joey the manager here is all about serving her customers the best way possible. She was so easy to work with and professional. The staff was attentive, professional, and tried to accommodate any special request that we may have had. The funeral turned out to be very nice. This place made my grandfather's funeral service a nightmare. We went to the funeral service in Spring Branch. The woman who helped us out (Margaret Moreno) gave us such terrible service! She has a really bad way to talk to people who have just lost a loved one. Her tone of voice is extremely disrespectful, if you meet her, you will understand....My family and I agree that she ruined our grieving and last moments with my grandfather. Throughout the whole service, she kept complaining about my family eating outside in the parking lot, and "making a mess." When there was no trash being
