Tokyo Cafe

I always have good takeout, and I come weekly. Fast and reliable, with a great selection and very reasonable pricing. It’s very hard to be disappointed when the food arrives home perfectly packaged, our dishes stacked neatly with the bag stapled to keep everything upright as it should be! Regular satisfied customer.

The restaurant was cute, not overly busy on Thursday night, and the food was good! I was happy that they were able to make fried rice with GF soy sauce, and the rice was not overly salted so it was actually enjoyable to eat. The sushi rolls we had were delicious. My husband got the teriyaki beef bento box and the beef was cooked to a perfect medium. Pictured is the Tokyo seaweed salad.

Went around lunch time with my grandmother. We were the only people dining in. When we enter Tokyo cafe the floor was SOO STICKY!! Every little step our shoes made a sticky sound 😬. The booth we were sat at was occupied by flies. The flies would not leave us alone. We mentioned that to our waitress multiple times but she did not suggest to move us or offer to help. *I recommend bringing your own fly swatter while you eat* we didn't wait long for our meal, we got started off with miso soup and vegetables tempura and our food came shortly after. Amazing food and excellent wait staff. Started with an incredible spicy tuna poke salad and vegetable tempura which were both the best I have ever had!!! Kept up their good works with a yellowtail jalapeño sashimi dish which was unique and tasty. The gyoza was also REALLY good. And the variety of rolls almost made it impossible to chose.
Definitely something for everyone on their lengthy menu- including the non sushi eaters!

This is my new favorite place to get sushi! The restaurant environment was so cute inside, the staff was lovely, and the sushi selection is creatively crafted / presented and delicious. Also very affordable!

This place is actually beyond my expectation. All dishes we ordered are tasty, and the crazy Cajun sushi is awesome!

Low key, great sushi and service. We were able to get a sushi and sashimi boat for two which was a great, reasonably priced dish for a date night, at 49.
Unfortunately, our dragon roll had some bone pieces in it which kept us from wanting to eat it.

Small locations with friendly staff. Sushi was superb, plating was creative and elegant. I also had a hibachi filet mignon that surpassed my expectations of what I was going to receive for the price definitely recommend.

New Mexican starfish was good, which is a pretty basic thing served at Japanese restaurants which is why we always get it because it's a for sure thing. --We got the sashimi appetizer and this was the best thing by far which bodes well because it's just raw fish. So good! We got the itchiban roll which was also good because again a lot of raw fish, however the seaweed they wrapped it in was chewy and tough. I've never had chewy seaweed before. All in all I would go back. Service was great, the waitress was very helpful.
