I graduated from Stanford University and the University of California, Hastings College of Law. After serving as an Agent in Counter-Intelligence in the United States Army, I practiced law as a Deputy District Attorney and then with a major Los Angeles law firm. I taught estate tax planning as an adjunct professor at Long Beach State for ten years.
Our family owns an international manufacturing company. I was audited by the IRS and had several meetings with our CPAs and our corporate attorneys, they both told us we had no case and we had to pay additional estate taxes to the IRS. Bailey Smith wrote my parent's (who are now deceased) Trust &wills over 25 yrs ago, and did a great job. I am now in my 70s and have had my 1985 revocable Trust updated twice by Bailey. The last update done August 2019 was to simplify my original A/B trust to a simpler A trust now that the Estate Tax laws have significantly changed to increase the Tax exemption.
Bailey has always been personable, and more importantly, knowledgeable in Estate legal admin issues. No question I had was too trivial for him to address.

Frankly have not give out many 5 Star reviews however with a matter such as your estate why would you settle for a firm you would give anything less.
My wife and i recently amended our Trust due to the passing of our attorney of our original dating back 25 years ago. Robert Little was a very good attorney and even wiser to turn his clients over to Bailey after he retired.
My wife and i ended up going with The Legacy Trust for our family. It was a extra investment however we thought it was well worth the extra money. For us it provided the best peace of mind regarding our estate and securing comfort
