No matter where you are in your journey, there is a place for you and a great group working out with you. You will never get bored, bc the format is always changing and new challenges begin every week for your body. As an athlete, the push and group sessions are amazing, and starting my journey over as a mother of 3, and finding time to work it in and get it done, this is the perfect balance. Member since 2016.

I'm really happy with Jessie's work out format, it reminds me of the conditioning in college wrestling practice. It is designed to work all shapes and sizes equally hard and side by side. Each day the routine is a little different and he always steps it up when you think your getting on top of it. I would recommend Jessie's fitness training to anyone looking to get fit.

So glad I found this gym. Jesse is a great trainer. Unlike some of the other bootcamps and crossfit boxes, where they do cookie cutter repetitive exercises, Jesse's workout is very wall planned out. He mixes up different types of exercises every other week. Best part is the 5 min stretches we do at the beginning of each workout. I have learned several new excellent stretches. Jesse is a certified personal trainer and knows his science. The 1st two days was a free trial for me but after my 1st day I was already decided! I haven't been working out for over 3 years so I was not in the best

Every once in a long while, you'll get very lucky & come across a rare trainer that takes the time to get to know their craft & get to know their clients to be able to take each individual to that next level, and once there, take them even further to the next level again, continuing beyond where clients truly thought they could ever go &/or what they thought they were capable of.
