While visiting our family here in St. Petersburg we drove by the veterinary hospital to get some information about our dog. We made an appointment and within 2 hours we had our chubby little chewy seen. Thanks to the dr at this location and the wonderful staff we were sent home with instructions on what to do with him when we got home. They took care of him as if he was our child not our pet this place is the place to take your animal if you are worried and want answers and to be treated so kindly with their knowledge they figured out what was wrong with our chewy!! Thank you for all your help

Both the vet tech and the veterinarian were so kind and did a great job of explaining everything even while I was so distraught. The tech brought in a blanket for my dog so that he would be comfortable too. The office smelled very clean and we were brought back immediately since my pup was unable to walk much at all. I am really happy with my experience there. I wish it were under different circumstances, but I felt that they did an excellent job.

I boarded my dog Buddy here for about five days while I traveled for Christmas. Came back and Buddy was super happy was not stressed out which means he got plenty of attention and the staff was kind to him, and had been given a bath. They also gave him his meds.
10/10 I will Def board here again when the need arises. Good place nice people.

This recent visit with a new member of our family and the new Doctor. I was amazed the time she spent and the information of things I was unaware of, it's was comforting and at the same time, I felt like family.
After years of raising smart dogs, I knew she had my back in our new collective adventure with the new member of our family..
I'm looking forward to many more visits and imformation and awareness the doctor brings to the table in helping me raise another smart and healthy dog...

I'm new to the area and I had seen a different veterinarian for a problem with my dog. When the problem came back along with an additional skin problem I contacted the original vet who never asked what was wrong but had no time to see me for several days. On researching I thought I would give this office a chance and I am so glad I did they were extremely responsive to my call they got me in the same day and I actually saw the veterinarian with my dog at this office! They were caring, professional and very knowledgeable. This will be my veterinarian for my time here.

These ladies are FABULOUS!!! I'm a traveling nurse and have to he away from my dog on occasion, he LOVES it at Tyrone vet!! They treat him so good, give him his vitamins and treats, I can call for daily report, the price is also very fair!! Couldn't ask for better service!!!

Dr. Paige Tripp was beyond compassionate and provided the best possible care and treatment plans for my beloved senior dog. Leesa, the Veterinary Assistant, was also extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate during a difficult visit.
I highly recommend Dr. Tripp and Leesa if you are looking for a Veterinary team that brings the right combination of skills to provide the best possible visit, even in a difficult situation.

We have been loyal customers of Tyrone Veterinary Hospital for over 27 years and drive past several other Veterinary practices to get there. Over the years we have always received professional, high quality service that we can rely upon. Most recently, we took our two dogs in for their annual visits and received the same excellent service. One of our dogs is very anxious and they went out of their way to make her feel comfortable and safe, including getting down on the floor with her to comfort and reassure her while she was trembling. That kind of attention is above and beyond great customer service

I am brand new to the area and my dog required end of life care - I chose Tyrone Vet based on their reviews and was not disappointed. They were able to provide an appointment the same day, and Dr. Tripp and her staff were caring and compassionate. A few days later, my cat required emergency care. We received the same prompt, compassionate care again. I appreciate their excellent service at that difficult time, and plan to use them for the care of all my pets in the future.

Dr. Livermore Has been the veterinarian that has taking care of my pets on and off for the last 12 years. I can’t imagine ever having anyone but her for my furbabies. But I would like to say that at times when I have had to use one of her associates they have all been excellent. The staff is also as nice and friendly as can be. DO NOT USE FOR EUTHANASIA. SO HORRIBLE!!!!!
I took my 20 year old cat in to have him put gently to sleep because it was time for him to rest. When I called, they were perfectly pleasant and told me that I would need to fill out some paperwork. I said that was fine, but I wanted to fill it out after, because I wanted to spend time with my cat… beforehand. The lady agreed.
When I got there, they got me right inside with a mask on (COVID) and right into a room. And that was where the good service stopped.
While I was in the room with my cat, they made me wait 5 minutes, which is understandable
