Leave on field coaching to the coach, leave the performance training to Pro Train Athletes. Here at Pro Train Athletes, we are athletes, we are coaches and we are strength and conditioning specialists. The trifecta that puts your athlete in the best position possible to excel at their sport. We are a team with college and professional experience in baseball, football, basketball soccer and lacrosse top athletes turned performance trainers.
We do offer advanced training for all professional athletes and specifically to athletes that are at that point of their life where they want to go pro. We have a combine program as well as a 90 minute personal 1 on 1 session training program with our pro athlete. The combine training is 4 hours a day for 8 weeks.

I have a 13 yo daughter who trains with John TODARO. She plays both soccer and volleyball and needed to get into better physical shape to take it to the next level. John was the perfect fit! He has increased her overall strength and endurance and actually made it fun!!!
