I lived here almost 2 years. When leaved, I washed carpet and cleaned everywhere. before leaving the first time room checking, they don't find any problem and thanks me. Then they are picky and listed many incredible charges. They took all of my deposit. All other apartment, which I lived before, they have never done it.

We moved in 1 yr ago, and have just added another year. Very good price compared to other places at the time. They are currently fixing, renovating most apartments. So when we moved in, we got a fairly new looking appartment. Front office and maintenance staff have been great. Washer/dryer on site our just new. Opperate on prepaid card. 1.50 each. Rent can be paid online. Rent has a five day grace period. Due on the 1st- 5th of month. Most neighbors are friendly. Young adults and older tenants. No loud music or partying that I can here. For price damn good. Only negatives our...
