Moving from out of state was scary. I had never rented before and was really stressed out with the whole process. The office staff here was really helpful in providing information about the surrounding area and the community. Royersford is really cute and I love the walking trail right across the street. The community is quiet aside from the train and the occasional thud from my neighbor upstairs dropping something. Maintenance is slow to respond to small requests but I get it, everyones been short staffed since covid. Nothing has ever been an inconvenience. The office sends out emails so I know

First I'll start by saying that I love the shift in staffing. Everyone is very pleasant and works so hard to keep this place an enjoyable place to live. The community is cute, my neighbors are great, and again I can't emphasize enough how sweet the office staff is. The walking trail across the street along the river is very enjoyable. There is definitely room for improvement but overall 4 stars.

I moved here in July of 2020 and have had nothing but great experiences. The pool is great and the exercise room has everything I need. I've worked with the people at the office several times and have been very pleased with how they respond to questions or concerns.
The location is perfect! The Pointe is right on the trail - it's about a 25-30 minute ride on bike to downtown Phoenixville. Victory Park is less than a block away and is a hidden gem in town. Also, it's a safe and easy walk to several bars and restaurants and even SoulJoel's!
Couldn't be happier with my experiences at The Pointe

This was my first apartment experience. I've been here for about a year. I moved out of my parents home to this apartment complex. Everyone in the office is always very welcoming and helpful. The maintenance guys are cool and always make it a point to see how things are going when they see me out and about. The train is a little annoying at first but you get used to it. I have a one bedroom and the size of the unit is perfect and it came with a washer and dryer in the unit which is an added bonus. I walk my dog on the trail by the river daily too. The community seems relatively quiet, some noise

My family and I have lived here for near 4 years now. At first, it was just a place that had the quickest availability, so we moved in. The previous management left a lot to be desired. We had problem after problem that needed attention, and it was always us having to do the following up with the office. Should’ve been the other way around.
We considered moving our family again many time, but a few years ago, Kandra took over as the Leasing office Manager and has been working like hell to get this place to its fullest potential. It hasn’t been an easy feat, but you can tell she really cares

My husband, 3 kids, and I have lived at the Pointe for about 4 years now. The road has been very rocky, but since Kandra took over as the leasing manager, we have never been happier. She and her staff are all very attentive and accommodating. They’re great with follow up, and always willing to help where they can. The maintenance team is beyond fabulous. Huge shout out to Gordon and Archie for always running to help us. As soon as we call in with any maintenance issue, they’re knocking on our door within 5 minutes. This place has really turned around, and we’re happy to call it home!

Two years ago we made the decision to sell our home and relocate. Then life happened and we needed to stay in the area so we made the transition to renting.
We chose the Pointe due to the fact they allowed dogs. I have to admit the first couple of months we were wondering what we got ourselves into.
There was turnover in staff where at one point there was only an assistant manager and a maintenance employee for ourn7 building community. As you can imagine a lot fell through the cracks.
Slowly a new team was hired who worked 24/7 to get just our basic needs met. These endless efforts, over several
