I have been a client of the BW Health Academy for over a year and I have never felt stronger. In doing my research for a personal trainer, I was not looking for a bootcamp/drill sergeant type trainer. I wanted someone that was knowledgeable, experienced and had patience since it had been a while since I worked out. At the same time, I was visiting my chiropractor monthly for adjustments while healing from some old injuries. My personal trainer, Dr. Rosa, is the best! We initially worked out at my home, but Covid-19 took us virtual. I was a little skeptical and wasn't sure if it would work

I first started working with Dr. Rosa a few months before my wedding. My goal was to lose a few pounds, look great in my dress, and generally increase my fitness level. Two years later, she has completely changed my life and my body. I train with Rosa -- online now, due to COVID -- 3 days a week. We do an incredible variety of exercises, from cardio to yoga to pilates to barre and everything in between. I don't believe we've ever done the same routine twice in all the time she's been training me. The value she adds is incredible and not something I could achieve on my own or through online exercise

I have been lucky enough to work with Rosa as a personal trainer this past winter. She came to my house and we worked out in my basement, which was incredibly convenient. The only fitness equipment I have is a treadmill, so Rosa would bring whatever else was needed. It is amazing what a fantastic workout she can devise with simple items like stretch bands and a step platform! There are so many reasons that I love working out with Rosa - she is remarkably knowledgeable about exercise, fitness, yoga, Pilates, and nutrition and at the same time is so warm and encouraging rather than being a "

Working with Rosa was phenomenal!!! She is very passionate knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition. I love how she liked to shake things up with her workout routines. Some days we'd be in full cardio mode with HIIT exercises other days we'd focus on strength training and flexibility with yoga or Barre. I participated in a group class where some of the participants' fitness levels differentiated. Rosa would modify the same exercises to ensure they were within our fitness capability but still intense enough to get a good workout going. Something I truly admired about working with

Made from scratch food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yoga twice per day, relaxed setting, with dolphins playing in the water as you get your seaside massage. I participated in the yoga retreat in Greece September 2016 and it was an awesome experience. Have never been so relaxed in my life. Attentive staff and ideal setting... couldn't have been better. Definitely exceeded my expectations. A once in a lifetime experience!

Highly recommended! My wife and I attended the 2016 retreat in Greece. The retreat was a perfect mix of great people - we still keep in touch with friends made. The food was incredible. Everyone at the table was wowed by the rich and vibrant display of Mediterranean dishes all professionally prepared. The food was local, fresh, sustainable and healthy and, most of all, delicious and satisfying.
