From the start of our work together, Christina asked the right questions to help me begin pulling back the layers on what started as grief counseling but went so much deeper. She has a very professional balance between being direct and letting me figure things out on my own. Overall, we had a very successful journey together and I will plan to revisit with Christina in the future and would recommend her to others.

I can't speak highly enough of Christina's special blend of insights, skills and courage that she brings to her craft. I hired Christina for a 9 month immersion to strengthen and expand my personal skills as a performance coach, counselor and advisor to leaders in my industry. I was thrilled with the experience and gained deeper self-awareness while also expanding my coaching "tool-box" and philosophy. I can't speak highly enough about Christina's non-judgemental and very present therapeutic and teaching style. Working with her was one of the best self-development steps I have taken in my career

Christina was recommended by my doctor. Conveniently I met her the same day she was recommended. From the first day I was ready to change and understand many things. She helped me connect many dots from past that related to at that time my present problems or behavior. She was the unbiased person I needed in my life to tell me things how there truly were. She basically held a mirror for me to see my reflection. It’s truly been a life changing experience. She’s amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I worked with Christina this past year during my field education as a Master of Social Work student. Christina was my Field Supervisor, whom I consulted with on various cases. Working with Christina was a highlight of my educational journey. She has balanced what it means to be compassionate and direct when working with individuals. In a supervisory and consulting role, she challenges one to think about his/her own solutions/interventions without solely giving her clinical perspective first. In this way, she has guided me immensely in growing both my personal and professional development. Christina

Grateful to have worked with Christina over several years to address struggles in my personal life and in my marriage. I’ve been on this incredible journey since our first session – extremely difficult at times but through her guidance, support and no-nonsense approach, I’ve healed from/overcome dark moments in my life, improved my marriage and experienced tremendous growth. She has provided valuable tools and resources to help me along on my journey and through my interactions with her, I’ve gained the courage and humility to love myself and seek help during any hardship. Always felt comfortable
