Being healthy is more than just going to a gym and lifting weights, it's a way of living. We understand that. Studio 1-on-1 is not a gym. We are a private, boutique, personal training studio that focuses not just on the outward appearance but also on a client's habits, sleep patterns, stress levels and behavioral issues.

We are in the business of lifestyle management. The majority of our clientele have been with us for years because we're invested and form relationships for a lifetime. Training with Laura has been the perfect solution for me to get in shape and help my tennis game. She is a master of efficiency, which helps with my busy schedule - we are able to do in 30 minutes what should take over an hour, .

Studio 1-on-1 is not a gym. We are a private, boutique, personal training studio that focuses not only on the outward appearance but also the inner-workings of the human body and behavioral issues. We are in the business of lifestyle management. The majority of our clientele have been with us for years, some even more than a decade, and we know why.
We are located in historic ATHERTON LOFTS by Publix and directly behind Barry's and West Elm. DO NOT confuse us with Atherton Mills where Anthropologie and Warby Parker are located. Turn off South Blvd between BB&T and Barry's. You will then see Atherton Lofts down on your right (a reddish building with large windows).
Trainers tackle wellness with a comprehensive view. To truly be healthy one has to do more than just exercise, there must also be a focus on cleaning up the diet, strengthening the mind, the will and the daily habits. We take time to get to know our clients, grow relationships with them, encourage them, motivate them, challenge them and push them to be the best they can be.
A la Carte Sessions: For those who want the white glove experience with regular special attention and customization to each and every workout, live personal training sessions are the way to go! All packages over 8-sessions may be used over a period of three months. Client and trainer will determine the best days/times to lock in on a consistent basis, understanding travel and life events may occasionally require some flexibility.
As a private personal training studio, we differentiate ourselves from a standard fitness gym because our focus is not on volume of members but rather on quality of service to each individual. We provide comprehensive programs with means of accountability to ensure our clients are actually adhering to their exercise plan and achieving the results they want.

I started training with Laura 4 months ago today, and I’m truly amazed with the results. Increased energy, better sleep, improved focus, less stress, and dare I say, the best shape I’ve been in for 20 years.
Laura personalizes each session to meet the needs of how I’m feeling on any particular day. Every workout is different, which means I’m constantly challenged and never bored. Laura pushes me to my limits, while being mindful of any pre-existing injuries or concerns. I leave each session sweating and smiling, with an absolute sense of accomplishment. The hybrid program with Laura is the best fitness tool I've ever used. I recommend this for the active individual that has a fitness base, but struggles with accountability and motivation. This program got me to the gym every day (or even my basement gym) with a program in place and no excuses to skip. Results came within 2 weeks and I feel so much more confident. I began with Laura in August 2017 and it has been a wonderful and productive relationship! I've always been hesitant to work with a personal trainer (but thought about it for years!), and I was so relieved and thrilled that my first experience with a personal trainer has been with Laura. She is exceptional knowledgeable, engaging, thoughtful about her instruction and guidance, and very creative to keep sessions interesting and motivating. I can't believe I haven't reviewed this Studio yet!
I've been going to 1-on-1 Fitness Studio for a number of years. I've been trained by several of the trainers and have had incredible workouts with each.
Laura has been my primary trainer. Her experience and knowledge as a trainer is exceptional. She has strengthened my core, helped me through a knee surgery, and is instrumental in my weight loss journey of -60 lbs and still going. She keeps each session challenging and fun.

Laura Grace Williams, owner of Studio 1 on 1 is an outstanding trainer, business owner and fitness coach. People that live their passion and actually make it a business, are rare. She doesn't just guide you to, through, and past your fitness goals. She also has the knowledge, personal experience, and personality to motivate you. I've been training with Laura for over 2 years now and I love it! The workouts are fun and diverse and absolutely challenge me. There are always new exercises that I've never done which definitely keeps it interesting. Laura also guides me with nutritional questions and always asks about aches and pains and gives advice. I've been training at Studio 1-on-1 once or twice a week for almost a year now with Sarah and more recently with Cindy and my experience there has been extraordinary. I had been through a period of several years not working out at all and really needed help to kick start a program to get back in shape. They tailored workouts for me from day one that really challenged me but made me want to push through it and prove to myself I could do it.
