Let's just say I'm not your typical photographer. I'm in the business of building relationships. If it's one thing I've learned in the 12+ years of working with clients, it's build a rapport. I strive to better understand each of my clients and the world they are in. My teams job is to better a companies brand and culture through visuals and in return bring them a return.
My entire life I've called Roanoke, Virginia my home. After high school I went off to JMU where I played a little rock n roll, took a semester off to live in London, and then graduated with a degree from SMAD with a concentration in Digital Video production. All the while working for the University as a staff photographer thanks to my forever collaborator Casey Templeton.
Five years ago a great friend who specializes in commercial video production wanted to open an office in Raleigh, North Carolina. Naturally, since my sister and her family lived there, I wanted to see what kind of business could come out of it. Needless to say, Raleigh is an amazing place and the perfect fit for corporate photography and we've been very fortunate to work with some of the top companies in the Raleigh/Durham area.
Commercial photography adds to the brand value of a company. Creating unique imagery can bring an emotional connection to your customer and creating that connection is invaluable. We worked with Brett on a new product campaign. The project included custom photography--studio and location shoots--and video animation. Brett and his crew were an absolute delight to work with. Brett is a master behind the camera--he's not an order-taker; he grasps the purpose of the project and offers relevant and creative advice. A first-class experience from beginning to end.
