Hi, I'm Wendy Graack and I have been involved with health and fitness my entire life. I'm very passionate about people and helping you learn more about your body by creating a customized training plan just for you.

I take into consideration congenital defects, injuries you've had, strengths and weaknesses of your body and environmental daily habits so that I am able to alter the bio mechanics and neuro pathways for each client to achieve optimal results in strength and body composition.By focusing on these areas we are able to achieve the results you want while preventing injuries.

Wendy has been great! I've worked with trainers at gyms, private, bodybuilding and having done competition prep in the past then experiencing injuries following with taking a couple years off I was skeptical. Wendy changed how I lifted and moved and personalized each workout to what I needed to strengthen areas that needed it and take the stress off joints so in 6 weeks I'm getting close to what I was lifting before and without pain this time!

Wendy is the absolute BEST trainer in the world. I grew up working with different coaches and trainers but Wendy is by far the most knowledgeable and talented. I’ve often walked into the gym where she’s reading up on human anatomy and she directly uses that knowledge in her training sessions. She can somehow take a look at you and figure out what you need to get to where you want to be. She’s incredibly supportive and encouraging and is not one of the “yell in your face” trainers. She always always prefers good form over reps which is obviously incredibly important for injury prevention

I have been training with Wendy Graack for 2.5 years. Wendy is EXCELLENT! I did not grow up athletic, and I struggle with food and bad eating habits. Wendy has been continually encouraging. Even though I don’t have the food under control yet, I have gained so much strength and tone. Wendy is an expert at tailoring workouts to the individual. She makes tiny adjustments to your form to ensure YOUR body structure and build are taken into consideration. Not everyone can move the same way, and Wendy knows it! She can look at you and know your body’s weaknesses and injury history - within seconds
