We have always been on the search for Chicago Style pizza and Chicago Dogs done the right way with the right ingredients. We found Big Zs on Google search under "Chicago Pizza near me" so we decided to try it. The Steak Sandwiches were very tasty and the Chicago dogs were done correctly! ✔️
Big Z stopped by our table and was so welcoming and kind! We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu items.

This place is very nice the food is as spot on as your going to find as close to CHICAGO STYLE DEEP DISH PIE! The Italian sausage sandwich was delicious and spot on. If you order a deep dish pie, call ahead and order it because if you order it when you get there it’s going to take at least an hour before it comes out. You never rush deep dish pizza, never. All their ingredients are shipped in from Chicago but their bread. Their bread is made locally I wish I knew where from because it’s the best French bread anywhere, I bet they get their hot dog buns from the same place. Enjoy!!! So it’s

We love Big Z’s. We’ve been coming here as a family since shortly after they opened. It’s got a very friendly atmosphere with delicious food, amazing service, and a hardworking staff. If you are looking for fast food, go somewhere like Little Caesar’s. If you want to support a family business that puts it’s heart and soul into what they do try Big Z’s.

EASILY the best pizza we've ever had. We had the Chicago style favorite and it was SO incredibly good. We aren't even pizza super fans, but we would happily come back here again and again. That red gravy is MAGIC and the toppings are fresh and super flavorful. Plus, no skimping on these generous toppings. Do yourself a favor, give everyone off a night from cooking and let this place wow your pallet!!

We were looking for a Deep dish pizza place in Houston and after a lot of research, we decided to come to BIG Z's. It's a family business where Bob and Tony gave us an incredible experience. We tried meatballs as an appetizer and and texmex pizza as a main dish. Flavors were really fresh and homemade. We love when owners take few minutes to enjoy and share the story behind the business. It was a very customized experience that we'll repeat again. BIG Z's is definitely a place to come back. Additionally, they have really good options with beers (specially the orange cream)

Very friendly and attentive staff and the food was delicious! Met my bff and her husband there. We split a pizza bread, beef totchos and a deep dish pizza. Her husband and I also each ordered a chicago dog. You can tell the sauce on the pizza bread and deep dish was homemade and it was excellent. Can't wait to take the rest of my family to try it.

Went in the hope of getting Chicago pizza but sadly, that did not happen. We opted to try the deep dish, 14" and it LOOKED like a true possibility, reminiscent of Edwardo's or Giordano's - but no. It literally bottomed out - the bottom crust turned out to be a little too thin to support the toppings. Also, while the sides of the pie were good in terms of texture and thickness, they were bland. Maybe a touch of salt to round out the flavor.
All in all, decent location with plenty of parking; pricey and disappointing for the deep dish pizza (Chicago style) - sodas @ $2.50 & 4!!!; nice friendly staff

I would say one of the top 3 pizza places in katy!! their crust has an amazing flavor. the sauce is delicious and pops in your mouth. the cheese was top grade. i ate a half hour ago and my mouth is still watering and that is why i am giving this review. definitely worth a try if you are looking for good pizza
