Ok so I want to preface this review by saying I'm not related to anyone at this business nor am I on the pay roll....I just truly appreciate above and beyond customer service. These people and this business have just been a huge part of our animated pilots fundraising success . I've now had over 500 shirts produced there and they come in early and with such quality . On this last order there were 10 shirts that were a very slightly different color of light blue ....they GAVE us all 10 ....so our overt all PPU went down and we can raise more money to get our show sold. I've been a client of IR since 2009 when I first brought an item to be embroidered. It came out beautifully and I still use that labcoat for work. I then brought in a Arc'teryx vest to be embroidered and that came out better than I expected. Recently I brought in two new expensive labcoats to be embroidered and they did a really nice job of making sure it looked good. They did a mock up and actually recommended changing the font and adjusted the text size to best fit the garment. Very thorough team. My wife ordered lots of coffee mugs with her business's logo on them - the folks at Imprint Revolution were great with the the whole process. We just picked up the completed work this week and I can say that the design came out phenomenally on all the mugs! The people at Imprint Revolution are friendly and a pleasure to do business with! I’ve purchased and sold MANY T-Shirts ….100’s & 100’s over the years ….this place and these people are by far the best. Matched then beat the price quote I had from a competitor. Gabby was hands on and so patient in the design phase until we had built the perfect representation of our logo. They delivered the shirts two days prior to the deadline , highlighted tge two miss prints out if 400 shirts and automatically gave us a refund and the shirts….then they loaded up the boxes in my car! The quality of the transfers are top notch….planning our re order now. I have no dog in this fight

David the company owner after reading my review, personally reached out to me to see what he could do to make my experience better. He listened patiently as I recounted my experience at his business. He apologized and offered some solutions to make my tee shirts. At his cost, he sent me several tee shirts so I could chose a cut that fit my employees, and then he reprinted them all - more shirts than I had even asked for - and sent it all to me at his cost. He went above and beyond to make the experience top notch for me. Thank you David.

These guys were great. Extremely patient in getting your items printed and done how you need them to be, and attentive to detail even when things need to be rush ordered. They allow you the time to contemplate and make changes, while providing proofs everytime before paying a penny, to further ensure accuracy. Great printing spot for any printing or design need you may have.

I needed to get some hoodies screen printed and stumbled upon this place on Yelp. And I'm very glad I chose to go with them! If you need things to get done quick and affordable this is the place to go!

My hoodies came out GREAT! The employees were very nice, helpful, and professional. They made sure that the screen print on each hoodie was perfect to each individual size. And I had sizes ranging from youth small to adult large. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome of them all! The quality of the printing is top notch. And they were reasonably priced as well.

I needed embroidery for my podcast merch, and Gaby and the team could not have been more helpful. They were so patient with me while I figured out sizing, kerning, and everything in between. The process was easy, and the embroidery turned out fantastic. I highly recommend using their services, and I'll definitely be back!

Just bought a banner for my boyfriend’s birthday and it came out PERFECT! I always love this team. Many thanks to Joel, Noel, and Gaby for helping me with this project! Even though I was the one running late in submitting the order, they still delivered it before my desired due date!

What a fantastic and professional company. I was initially working with Sidney, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and able to accommodate our needs and find us exactly what we were looking to order. On the day of our delivery I received a call from the Manager, Collin, who informed me that their supplier had not yet delivered our items and they were behind. Rather than try to push us back on the guaranteed date, Collin spent 2 hours calling the supplier to track down our order, his team stayed late to complete our order and he was able to have everything completed and delivered the same day,

I had one of those holiday project/gifts ... that I had plenty of time to get done but found myself panicked two weeks before Xmas and the team at Imprint really helped me get it done.

The delay on my part was finding a trustworthy, do it right embroidery shop. I had 3 quilts for my nieces and nephew which I wanted to have embroidered with a saying ... from the moment I reached out via Yelp, to my visit to the Venice location through my pickup on 12/23 ...I was treated to exceptional service from everyone I interacted with and better yet the embroidery turned out Awesome!

Very low price for the level of service and products you are getting. The staff were nice, knowledgeable, and helpful, and I really think they were honest in trying to help me get the lowest price. T-shirt and print quality was great with a decent turnaround for screenprinting (definitely recommend getting the bit higher quality shirts, they feel and look great and come in beautiful colors but are just a smidge more expensive). They communicated price breakdown and timeline very clearly, no surprises. It was my first time getting shirts printed and organizing it all was very chaotic on my end

I am so impressed by the professionalism at this establishment. It went beyond my expectations. Honestly. Elyse was my go to person who came up with an awesome design for our family tree. She somehow saw what was in my head and just put it to work!!! More than that it was done way before the promised date which was just so important for me. I absolutely love the custom mugs that I printed from Imprint Revolution! The staff was incredibly patient, helpful and generous in helping me get the artwork set up. It was a wonderful experience, and I recommend their printing services wholeheartedly.

Friday, 2 August 2019: In the year 2017, I was on Pico Boulevard near Overland Avenue. I had just left the bank on the corner. While walking on Pico, I saw a store named Imprint Revolutions. I went in and met a wonderful young woman named Melissa. She told me about how I could get my own design on tee shirts and coffee cups. I took her business card.

The most expensive place in town! All the nice and helpful designers that worked there a few years ago left because the owner is so awful to his employees... but now he has hired equally horrid employees, so they are probably very happy together.

This business went beyond my expectations! I've used them on small projects in the past so that's why I turned to them for help. Elyse was my designer when I brought in an idea to make a family tree T-shirt for our family. There were a lot of names and it could have been daunting yet Elyse took it on in stride and in the most professional way. Time was essential and they were determined to complete this for me before my trip to Israel. They came in a week earlier than promised! If there was a 10 star rating, that is clearly what is deserved. As coordinator of a retirement banquet, I was in a desperate situation. After 3 attempts, a previous vendor could not provide an acceptable proof of the design to be imprinted on cups that will be given as banquet favors. Melissa was the person I reached and to whom I explained my desperate dilemma to; the very next day, a proof was provided that was EXACTLY what we wanted, order placed and cups were received 2 days sooner than expected and they are beautiful. Thrilled by how my shirt turned out! I was so worried about the colors printing darker than my design but they came out perfectly. Ruth did an excellent job printing this! They were helpful via e-mail and got it done sooner than I expected. Will definitely come here with any future t-shirt print needs! Can't wait to wear this in the parks on my Birthday!

What can I say? Without Victor, I wouldn't have gotten the T-shirts printed in time to make the guys' trip to Alaska a huge hit!!! Within minutes of reaching out to QuickDraw, I got all the deets and time frames to deliver the final versions of my custom Artwork -- that I was still working on by the way. Without Victor's help and guidance through the process, this could have been pretty painful and frustrating experience. But Victor made it all simple and workable, especially given the tight schedule we were under.
