Don is absolutely amazing! He works hard for his clients and did the most to make sure that I was referred to the best medical care and was recovering nicely and received what I deserved for my pain and suffering. His staff, is friendly and very professional and make it a point to know each of their clients. They communicate regularly and really show how hard they work and how much they care.

I hired Don after I got into a car accident that was not my fault. It was my first major car accident and I had no idea what to do. I talked to four separate lawyers and he was the only one who did not talk down to me and took the time to explain everything. I initially selected one of those big name attorneys for my case. That was a huge mistake! I spoke to an attorney for 30 minutes at the start of the case and was not allowed to talk to him again for 12 months until I demanded a meeting with him. After that, I had to wait 2 to 3 weeks just to have a 15 minute meeting with him. My case was handled by a paralegal that made countless number of mistakes. I finally fired that attorney and went to Don.

If I could give more than 10 stars I would! Don is the first Lawyer I have ever had to use in my life and he set the standard very, Very high! I had many people tell me NOT to go through a lawyer. But let me tell you I would not have had the outcome I did if it wasnt for Don. He was very considerate and resourceful. To say the least, Don is an excellent attorney. He's easy to talk to, his staff is wonderful and I would recommend having him represent you if you're looking for someone who will really fight for you and watch out for you. We are so grateful to Mr. Yearin who helped us with a very difficult auto insurance claim. Prior to contacting the Yearin Group, we were getting nowhere with our insurance company. They continued to drag their feet for over a month without acknowledging any responsibility while our car was out of service and we were incurring rental car charges and inconveniences.
