I love this community, I have lived here for 8 months and I have had no problems. From the moment I entered the front office Whitney and Serenity were both sweethearts and very welcoming and still to this day. My children and I have gone swimming several occasions. The only time I have seen the pool closed is during cleaning maintenance after tenants caused several disasters, and it was back open within a week or two. Maintenance has always responded to my requests or let me know that they received the request and will get to it as soon as possible. The community is ALWAYS clean and landscaping

Love this apartment community. My children and I have lived here for almost 10 years and to be honest it hasn’t always been pleasant. I’ve seen office and maintenance staff come and go and thank goodness for that because we now have the sweetest and most hard working team.
I’ve had many issues with my apartment throughout the years that were never tended to/repaired even after submitting multiple requests. Now if something needs to be repaired, it’s tended to quickly and efficiently. She expressed how sorry she was that my requests were completely ignored and made sure that I knew things

I have been living here now for 5 years. I couldn't ask for a better place to live. It has a nice & pleasant environment to live in. The management is very personable and very pleasant to work with and will try to help you in any situation that you may have. The maintenance men are very thorough about the task at hand and are very nice and curtious. I enjoy having a pool and hot tub to use at anytime. They also have a nice playground for kids and they provide computer room which is nice to be able to use and they also have an exercise room which is a plus for those of you who like to stay in shape

It's a wonderful place and all, but the AC hasn't worked for the past 6 months that we've lived here, it's a constant problem. It's a little ridiculous at this point, we were giving AC window units, which they came back and took one of because the AC wasn't working in another apartment, and were given a box fan as if that's going to help in 100+ degree weather. We've been very, very patient up until this point. Just a heads up too anyone planning on moving in out here, and a question for current residences, is this just a problem we're having or is your AC also broken?

I love my apartment!!!!! It's beautiful warm quiet and cozy!!!!! But on another note the "spa" I don't think has ever worked.... valet trash would be exellent like what they have at the trails in sanger ..... we have 2 dog parks but I don't think people actually use them I see dog feces every where on the property.... Oh and we have a state of the art work out facility that evidently is for stay at home moms only!!!!!! It's locked up after buisness hours with no resident access... it would be nice to actually get everything they offer and you pay for. But did I say
