Nice place to call home. Staff is very friendly and maintenance goes above and beyond to keep you happy. Enjoy all the activities at Little League Park - have movie nights, car shows, etc. all within walking distance.
The apartments have been remodeled and the bathrooms are awesome! Plus this is the best deal I've found for the quality, service, and square footage in Clarksville. Definitely check these guys out!

From my experience at River Chase, I would not recommend them to anyone. If I could give it zero stars I would. Make sure you get everything in writing because the employees are misinformed and will tell you false information. I was sent to collections without a single word from River Chase for an amount that I was told by three employees on three separate occasions that I did not owe and was all set to move out. Unprofessional is an understatement. Never rent from River Chase Apartments! Even if you don't have any other options...find somewhere else.
